Se Bernie è curiosamente in giro per le sue passeggiate o felicemente addormentato in auto in viaggio verso la sua prossima avventura, è semplicemente più felice al tuo fianco. Un cane che adora le persone, Bernie ama l'attenzione e adora essere coccolato. È molto appiccicoso e ha tanto amore da dare. Ha una natura affettuosa e un lato divertente che ti farà sorridere ogni giorno. Una volta sistemato, Bernie sarebbe più felice in una casa dove non è lasciato solo per più di un'ora alla volta. Essendo un ragazzone grande e vivace, è meglio adatto a vivere con bambini di età 11 anni e superiori che possano godersi la sua personalità entusiasta. Bernie cerca una casa calma e paziente con accesso a un giardino privato e sicuro dove può correre, annusare quanto vuole e godersi tante ore di gioco. Bernie dovrà essere l'unico animale domestico in casa; tuttavia potrebbe apprezzare avere amici per le passeggiate canine.

Whether Bernie is curiously exploring on his walks or happily snoozing in the car on the way to his next adventure, he’s simply happiest by your side. A true people-dog, Bernie adores attention and absolutely loves a fuss. He’s big on cuddles and has so much love to give. This sweet, leggy lad is an absolute joy to be around, and we just know he’ll steal your heart the moment you meet him. Bernie is a gorgeous boy who’s basically one giant, furry hug. He has a loving nature and a wonderfully goofy side that’s sure to keep you smiling every day. Once settled, Bernie would be happiest in a home where he’s left alone for no more than an hour at a time initially to help him settle in. As a big, bouncy lad, he’s best suited to living with secondary school aged children, who can enjoy his enthusiastic personality. Bernie will need to be the only dog in the home; however, he could enjoy having dog walking buddies.
