Adottare Beryl
Femmina · Adulto · 6 anni
Ideale come unico cane in famiglia. A terrier looking for an adult only home 6 year old Patterdale Terrier Best living as an only dog in a home. Beryl is a 6 year old Patterdale Terrier who came into RDR from a council stray pound when she was only a puppy. She had sustained quite severe injuries in her former life as a hunt terrier and it took time for her to recover from these. On veterinary examination she was found to have a serious heart problem and underwent specialist open heart surgery to repair a whole in her heart (PDA) when she was just over a year old. She recovered very well from this and was given a clean bill of health afterwards. However she does suffer from a rare skin condition where she lacks collagen so her skin appears super stretchy. This can cause occasional issues but is managed well either with bandaging or surgery and any veterinary needs would be covered by RDR at Ryedale Vets who have known Beryl throughout her time with RDR. She is the best companion inside but don’t let that innocent face fool you as she’s a typical terrier when out and about and VERY interested in anything with fur or feathers!! She is fully vaccinated and neutered and good around other dogs although due to her health issues would probably be best living as an only dog in a home.
