Bosco è stato catturato da una gabbia per cani mentre il team di soccorso stava effettivamente cercando un altro cane smarrito, e accidentalmente ha scoperto Bosco, magro come uno scheletro, molto spaventato e affaticato dalla vita difficile nella natura selvaggia. Crediamo che Bosco abbia subito il destino tipico di un cane del cacciatore locale, abbandonato o forse è riuscito a fuggire da qualcosa ancora peggio. Ma sappiamo con certezza che Bosco è un cane molto dolce con un cuore aperto, e anche se è stato catturato con una trappola, non ha paura delle persone affatto, ma solo delle situazioni paurose. Vi si avvicina, cerca la vicinanza e rimane vicino a voi quando ha trovato sicurezza con voi. È principalmente spaventato dall'ambiente pauroso intorno a lui, ma non dalle persone, il che significa che per Bosco cerchiamo una casa stabile con una routine lenta e non troppe variazioni nella vita quotidiana. Bosco non vorrebbe vivere in un ambiente caotico come la città, ma un paese più tranquillo non sarebbe un problema, una volta che sarà abituato alle strade e saprà che tutto è sicuro. Bosco ama vivere con altri cani, li danno fiducia, sicurezza e lo rendono felice! Vorrebbe vivere in una casa vicino alla natura, dove già ci sia un cane o più cani gentili ad attenderlo, è molto sottomesso con gli altri cani. Bosco è un cane molto amabile e lo dimostrerà sempre di più man mano che guadagnerà fiducia - negli ultimi mesi è uscito dal rifugio con i volontari e ci ha sinceramente sorpresi con come si è comportato bene. All'inizio ha bisogno di un po' di supporto per entrare in auto, ma una volta che è dentro, si rilassa e si appoggia tranquillamente. Durante le avventure, è felice, curioso e non ha paura di esplorare. Anche si è avvicinato a estranei per annusarli e ha agitato la coda costantemente. Bosco cammina molto bene al guinzaglio, e tira solo un po' quando si sente nervoso, intorno a strade principali affollate o ai parchi giochi per bambini rumorosi. Non si mette in panico né salta, e in generale rumori forti non lo spaventano, è più che altro riguardo a tante cose che accadono contemporaneamente. Nei momenti in cui Bosco non è sicuro, si riesce facilmente a rassicurarlo e si fida molto del suo umano. Guadagna rapidamente fiducia e continua ad apprezzare l'avventura! Ha amato passeggiare e esplorare sulla spiaggia e ha mostrato interesse amichevole verso gli altri cani. Ha un certo istinto predatorio quando si tratta di uccelli, quindi non dovrebbe vivere vicino a un santuario per uccelli. L'altezza al garrese è circa 52 cm. Nota medica: Bosco è su una dieta senza cereali a causa di una possibile intolleranza al glutine.

Bosco was caught by a doggy trap while the rescue team was actually looking for another lost dog, and accidentally came across Bosco, skinny as a skeleton, terribly frightened and exhausted from the rough life in the wilderness. We believe Bosco has met the typical fate of a local hunter's dog, abandoned or maybe he managed to escape something even worse. But we do know that Bosco is a very sweet dog with an open heart, and even though he had to be caught with a trap, he is actually not fearful of humans at all, just of scary situations. He comes to you, looks for closeness, and stays near you when he has found safety with you. He is mostly scared of the scary environment around, but not of the humans, which means that for Bosco we are looking for a stable home with a slow-paced routine and not too many changes in daily life. Bosco would not like to live in a busy environment like the city, but a quieter suburban town would not be a problem, once he has been introduced to the streets and knows all is safe. Bosco loves to live with other dogs, they give him confidence, security and they make him happy! He would like to live in a home close to the nature, where there is already one or more kind dogs waiting for him, he is very submissive with other dogs. Bosco is a very loving dog and he will show it more and more while he grows his confidence - in the past few months, he has been out of the shelter with volunteers, and he honestly surprised us with how well he did. At first he needs a bit of support to get into the car, but once he is in, he relaxes and lays calmly. While out for adventures, he is happy, curious, and not afraid to explore. He even approached strangers to sniff them and wagging his tail all the time. Bosco walks very nicely on the leash, and only pulls a bit when he gets nervous, around busy main streets or loud children’s playgrounds. He does not panic or jump, and generally loud noises to not startle him, it’s more about many things happening at once. In the moments that Bosco is unsure, he is easily reassured and relays a lot on his human as well. He gains confidence again quickly, and continues to enjoy the adventure! He loved walking and exploring on the beach and showed friendly interest in other dogs. He does have quite some prey drive when it comes to birds, so he shouldn’t live next to a bird sanctuary. His shoulder height is about 52cm. Medical note: Bosco is on a grain-free diet due to a potential gluten intolerance.
