Quando i nostri soccorritori l'hanno trovata in una stazione di uccisione a Sarajevo, stava proteggendo disperatamente l'unico cucciolo che le era rimasto. Nonostante tutto ciò che aveva subito, il suo istinto era ancora quello di tenere al sicuro il suo piccolo. A causa del suo passato, Brownie è molto timida e sta ancora imparando che le persone possono essere gentili. Ha bisogno di un ambiente calmo e paziente dove può procedere a suo ritmo e costruire gradualmente la fiducia. Brownie is a gentle, sensitive mum who has been through more than any dog ever should. When our rescuers found her at a kill station in Sarajevo, she was desperately protecting the only puppy she had left. Despite everything she had endured, her instinct was still to keep her baby safe. Because of her past, Brownie is very shy and still learning that people can be kind. She needs a calm, patient home where she can take things at her own pace and slowly build trust. With time, understanding and love, we believe she will blossom into a loyal and devoted companion. Brownie would do best with gentle adopters who will give her the space and reassurance she needs while she learns that she is finally safe. Watching a timid dog like Brownie discover comfort and confidence is incredibly rewarding. After everything she has been through, this brave mum deserves a peaceful life filled with kindness.
