Everyone meet our next resident …. Buster!💙 This lad originally came in to our care from the pound where he was at risk of being put to sleep after nobody came to claim him once he had completed his stray period.💔 Thankfully we had a foster on stand by, who took him in. These guys had previously adopted a frenchie from us and shortly after fostering they also adopted Buster. 💛 Sadly Buster (was chief) has been returned due to his dog reactivity when on lead. He has been doing some sessions with our behaviourist and they have concluded it is just anxious reactivity. We can get him walking with new dogs on lead within moments. He needs a confident handler and takes reassurance from that. 🌟 He’s now working on dog walking towards him or near him on paths etc. This lad is only around 18 months old and is willing to learn but he needs human(s) who are willing to put the effort in and work closely with us. ✔️ In every other way he is fab. He is great with all humans including dog savvy children. He loves his fuss and cuddles and is happiest when plodding around the garden and house with you.🏡 Buster loves his food and will do anything for it. He is the perfect houseguest. He is starting to play with toys and is fab in the car. 🐾 This lad is equally good at the vets. He has now been vacccianted, flead, wormed, mircochipped and neutered.
