Questa dolce gattina è stata trovata per strada. Era pelle e ossa, piena di rogna e molto malata. Pensavamo che fosse positiva alla leucemia, ma con nostra grande sorpresa non lo era. Con le cure e i trattamenti adeguati ha fatto una piena ripresa. Callicat è adorabile con un grande carattere nel suo piccolo corpo. Non ci aspettavamo che diventasse la gatta piena di vita che è oggi. Ama la vita, le persone e dormire nel nostro forno per pizza (colorando il suo pelo di nero). Ama le coccole, giocare e tutti gli esseri viventi. Callicat ha una pelle sensibile. Questo non le causa assolutamente problemi il 99% del tempo. Tuttavia, è allergica alle pulci. Finché teniamo sotto controllo il trattamento antipulci non è un problema. Ma con 45 gatti, gatti randagi che arrivano, 20 cani e un'infinità di polli, paglia, fieno e altre cose che portano pulci in una fattoria è difficile assicurarsi che non sia mai esposta alle pulci. Quindi un paio di volte all'anno alla fine di un piano di trattamento avrà piccoli pruriti che scompaiono immediatamente quando la trattiamo di nuovo (usiamo Broadline e funziona perfettamente). Ma in una casa e in un normale ambiente domestico sarebbe molto più facile mantenere tutto al 100% libero da pulci. Allora sarebbe perfetta e prospererebbe senza questo piccolo problema. Ecco perché pensiamo davvero che questa dolce ragazza meriti una casa perfetta. Tutti la amiamo e onestamente saremmo molto tristi di dire addio, ma la sua allergia alle pulci la renderebbe più felice in una casa che nella finca. Finché avrà coccole, amore e trattamento antipulci sarà una gattina perfetta. Potreste aprire la vostra casa a lei e renderla una gatta più felice? Ha circa 2 anni, è sterilizzata, negativa al virus della leucemia felina (FeLV) e in piena salute (a parte l'allergia alle pulci).

The Callicat Chronicles This sweet little puss cat was found in the streets. She was skin and bones, full of mange and quite sick. We thought she was going to be leukemia positive, but to our happy surprise she was not. With the correct care and treatment she has made a full recovery. Callicat is adorable with such a big character in her little body. We didn't expect her to become the full-of-life young cat she is today. She loves life, people, and sleeping in our pizza oven (dying her hair black). She loves cuddles, playing, and all living beings. Callicat has a sensitive skin. This causes her absolutely no problem 99% of the time. However, she is allergic to fleas. As long as we keep on top of anti-flea treatment it is not a problem at all. But with 45 cats, stray cats turning up, 20 dogs, and endless chickens, straw, hay, and other things bringing fleas on a farm it is hard to make sure she is never exposed to fleas. So a couple of times a year at the end of a treatment plan she will get little itchy bumps, which dissappear immediately when we treat her again (we use Broadline and it works perfectly). But in a house and regular home environment, it would be much easier to keep everything 100% flea free. Then she would be perfect and thrive without this little problem. This is why we really think this sweet girl deserves a perfect home. We all love her and honestly would be very sad to say goodbye, however her flea-allergy would make her happier in a house than at the finca. As long as she has cuddles, love, and flea treatment she is a perfect little kitty. Could you open your home to her and make her a happier cat?
