Casper is a sweet, honeyed dog. He is good, sweet, gentle, and very people-oriented. Looking at his body and delicate face, it's like seeing his soul, subtle and airy. Casper has completed his treatment for ehrlichiosis, he is vaccinated, neutered, and healthy, and he is ready for a forever home. He is being hosted in a place with other dogs, and we have taken on his care and promotion for adoption.
