Chipie is a 4-year-old female Pointer. She grew up in an outdoor kennel with Black (also available for adoption) before arriving at the shelter following the fire that destroyed her family’s farm. Very sweet and gentle, Chipie is now discovering many of the things that most dogs learn from a very young age. House training still needs work, as does walking on a leash, and her strong instinct to explore might sometimes lead her to run away. Despite this, she’s a brave dog who’s eager to learn from a patient family. Her ideal home would be a house with a perfectly fenced-in garden, located in a fairly rural setting, and with adopters willing to invest time in her training.

Chipie est une femelle Pointer de 4 ans. Elle a grandi dans un chenil extérieur avec Black (également à l'adoption) avant d'arriver au refuge à la suite de l'incendie qui a détruit la ferme familiale. Très gentille, Chipie découvre aujourd'hui tout ce que beaucoup de chiens apprennent dès leur plus jeune âge. La propreté est à travailler, la marche en laisse aussi, et son instinct d'exploration peut la pousser à fuguer. Malgré cela, c'est une brave chienne qui ne demande qu'à apprendre auprès d'une famille patiente. Son foyer idéal : Une maison avec jardin parfaitement clôturé. Un environnement plutôt rural. Des adoptants prêts à investir du temps dans son éducation.
