Daniela is a cat who prefers to observe the world from a hiding spot rather than participate in it. She arrived with us from the Nekla municipality and from the start, it’s clear that for her, humans are something foreign—something she hasn’t yet learned to adapt to. As soon as she notices someone’s presence, she vanishes like a shadow. The safest places for her are quiet, dark spots where she can hide and wait. She only comes to life when everything around her is silent—then she cautiously emerges and begins her small, peaceful rituals. Daniela is a wild cat that never learned to live with humans. She doesn’t know intimacy, she doesn’t understand touch, and she doesn’t realize that human presence can be good. She’s a cat who needs time, immense patience, and someone who won’t rush her. We’re looking for a home for her that won’t expect more from her than she can give. A home that will allow her to be herself and gradually, at her own pace, discover that the world doesn’t have to be scary. She may never be a cat who jumps onto someone’s lap. Or maybe one day, she’ll take her first, hesitant step closer. In her case, anything is possible—but only if someone gives her the chance.

Daniela to kotka, która woli obserwować świat z ukrycia, niż brać w nim udział. Przyjechała do nas z gminy Nekla i od początku jasno daje do zrozumienia, że człowiek to dla niej coś obcego - coś, czego jeszcze nie potrafi oswoić. Gdy tylko zauważy czyjąś obecność, znika jak cień. Najbezpieczniejsze są dla niej ciche, ciemne miejsca, gdzie może się schować i przeczekać. Ożywa dopiero wtedy, gdy wszystko wokół milknie - wtedy ostrożnie wychodzi i zaczyna swoje małe, spokojne rytuały. Daniela to kotka dzika, która nigdy nie nauczyła się życia przy człowieku. Nie zna bliskości, nie rozumie dotyku, nie wie, że obecność człowieka może oznaczać coś dobrego. To kot, który potrzebuje czasu, ogromnej cierpliwości i kogoś, kto nie będzie niczego przyspieszał. Szukamy dla niej domu, który nie będzie oczekiwał od niej więcej, niż jest w stanie dać. Takiego, który pozwoli jej być sobą i powoli, we własnym tempie, odkrywać, że świat nie musi być straszny. Może nigdy nie będzie kotką, która wskoczy na kolana. A może któregoś dnia zrobi pierwszy, nieśmiały krok bliżej. W jej przypadku wszystko jest możliwe - ale tylko wtedy, gdy ktoś da jej na to szansę.
