Questo ragazzo è arrivato come randagio e si è abituato bene alla vita in gabbia! Ama tutti e è sempre alla ricerca di qualcuno con cui trascorrere del tempo e giocare ai giochi che ama! Si eccita quando vede i responsabili che conosce bene e salta in una felice danza come un cucciolo! Dexter adora stare all'aperto. Gioca con i suoi giocattoli da solo e anche se ama la compagnia, è più che felice di divertirsi da solo quando necessario. Gli Akita sono una razza indipendente e coloro che hanno un debole per loro sanno che possono essere distanti e strani a volte. Anche se Dexter ci ha dato un assaggio di questo lato di lui, abbiamo visto soprattutto un cane veramente amabile e affettuoso. Dexter piace molto agli altri cani e si unirà volentieri a una passeggiata di gruppo qui a casa, camminando accanto ad altri cani a una certa distanza. This boy arrived as a stray and has settled in to kennel life well! He loves everyone and is always looking for someone to spend time with him and play the games he loves! He gets excited when he sees the handlers he knows well and will spring into a happy dance like a puppy! Dexter loves to be outside. He plays with toys on his own and although he does love company, he is more than happy to entertain himself when needed. Akitas are an independent breed and those who have a soft spot for them know they can be aloof and quirky at times. Although Dexter has shown us a glimpse into this side of him, we have mostly seen a truly loving and affectionate dog in him. Dexter quite likes other dogs and will happily join a group walk here at the home, walking alongside other dogs at a distance well. He can be a little unsure when they come right up to his face but we think he could become more confident in time given appropriate socialisation. Staff are here to ensure the animals find homes which suit their needs. Most animals in our care have not had the best start in life and may require special care or training. We will assess your experience and assist you in finding the right pet for your home.
