Foxglove è arrivata con altri 3 cani, tutti i quali dovevano essere catturati con una trappola perché erano troppo nervosi per avvicinarsi alle persone. Con il tempo e la pazienza, hanno gradualmente guadagnato fiducia e si sono abituati. Nessuno di loro aveva mai indossato un collare o una guinzaglio prima, quindi molto lavoro è stato fatto per aiutarli ad abituarsi. Foxglove cammina con una pettorina ed è molto brava, ma se qualcosa lontano attira la sua attenzione, improvvisamente si ferma e quindi è necessario un po' di incoraggiamento per farla muovere di nuovo. Foxglove ama giocare con il compagno di gabbia Roy. Speriamo veramente di trovare la casa giusta per questa bella ragazza, dove avrà bisogno di pazienza, comprensione e ovviamente tante carezze. È completamente vaccinata con un passaporto, identificata con microchip, sterilizzata, sottoposta a test del sangue, trattata contro pulci e zecche, dewormata e protetta dal cuore mosquito.

Foxglove arrived with 3 other dogs, all of whom had to be captured using a trap as they were too nervous to approach people. With time and patience, they slowly gained confidence and became None of them had ever worn a collar or lead before, so a lot of work went into helping them adjust. Foxglove has been walking on a harness and does quite well, but if something in the distance catches her attention, she’ll suddenly put on the brakes so a little coaxing is needed to get moving again. Foxglove loves playing with kennel mate Roy. We truly hope to find the right home for this beautiful girl, where she will need patience, understanding, and of course lots of love. She is fully vaccinated with a passport, microchipped, sterilized, blood tested, treated for fleas and ticks, wormed and heartworm prevented.
