06-08-26 Frankie is a shy boy who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. He has a gentle nature and, although he is a little unsure at the moment, he will happily accept a gentle fuss and some attention. Frankie is still learning that people can be trusted, so he will need a patient family who will allow him to build his confidence at his own pace. Frankie gets on wonderfully with his kennel friends and relies on their company for comfort, so he will need a kind resident dog in his new home to help guide him and give him the reassurance he needs as he settles in and finds his paws. He will need a home that has experience with ex-breeders, and an extra secure garden to keep him safe as he continues to settle. As Frankie has never lived in a home before, he will need to learn all about house training and the other basics of home life. His new family will need to give him plenty of time and encouragement as he adjusts to his new surroundings. He is new to lead walking, but would love to continue this training in his new home once he has settled, so that he can go on plenty of adventures. Frankie could share his home with older, dog-savvy teens, aged 16+ who can appreciate and understand that he will need a gentle, quiet introduction to the home and his own space while he settles in. Frankie is a lovely boy with so much potential. With a calm, understanding family and a confident canine companion by his side, we hope he will continue to grow in confidence and enjoy everything that a loving home has to offer. He has a travel document. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
