We estimate Haloumi the tomcat to be about 2 years old. He came to us on July 10, 2026, as a stray cat from Bad Lippspringe. This handsome tomcat is very cuddly and loves to snuggle. He spends a lot of time by the window, plaintively meowing in the highest tones because he longs to go outside. We’ve now moved him to the outdoor cat enclosure and hope he’ll be a bit happier there. After all, Haloumi is very freedom-loving and would like to see more of the world. He seems to get along reasonably well with other cats. We’re now looking for a home for this affectionate tomcat—a quiet, rural setting where, after an appropriate adjustment period, he can also enjoy free-roaming access.

Kater Haloumi schätzen wir auf ca. 2 Jahre. Er kam am 10.07.26 als Fundkater aus Bad Lippspringe zu uns. Der hübsche Kater ist sehr verschmust. Er sitzt viel am Fenster und jammert in den höchsten Tönen, weil er gerne raus möchte. Wir haben ihn jetzt ins Katzenaussengehege umgesiedelt und hoffen, dass er da etwas zufriedener ist. Haloumi ist eben sehr freiheitsliebend und möchte mehr sehen von der Welt. Mit Artgenossen scheint er einigermaßen zurecht zu kommen. Nun suchen wir für den anhänglichen Kater ein Zuhause in ruhiger ländlicher Umgebung, wo er nach einer angemessenen Eingewöhnungszeit, auch Freigang bekommen kann.
