Hen è una splendida Whippet Cross di 11 anni. È abbastanza riservata, ma ha anche un lato giocoso, ama giocare con i suoi giochi e apprezzare il momento di coccole accanto ai suoi umani sul divano. Ancora attiva, Hen ama le sue passeggiate ed è amichevole con le persone che incontra. Ama stare con Hank e a volte abbaia un po' con altri cani, ma un premio la distrae sempre. Sa quando ha finito di fare una passeggiata e si sente stanca e pronta a tornare a casa sul divano. A letto si dirige verso il suo letto con il suo gioco preferito. Hen è la ragazza più dolce e meravigliosa. Hank è un Lurcher e un po' più grande di Hen, ma altrettanto adorabile. Può essere riservato a volte, specialmente intorno agli uomini, con cui vuole prendersi tempo per conoscerli, ma questo sta migliorando e una volta che si sente sicuro con te, ama stare vicino. Come Hen, ama le sue passeggiate e il suo camminare al guinzaglio sta migliorando e tira meno. È calmo e facile da gestire e ama niente di più che rannicchiarsi con Hen o accanto ai suoi umani. Adora il cibo e mangerà qualsiasi cosa a portata di mano! Non si preoccupa molto degli altri cani che incontra, ma quando Hen abbaia, gli piace unirsi. Hen e Hank cercano una casa tranquilla e pacifica dove possono godere di uno stile di vita rilassato insieme. Sarebbero meglio adatti a una famiglia dove i bambini sono più grandi e sensati, di età delle scuole superiori. Entrambi sono addestrati all'uso del bagno e possono rimanere soli per brevi periodi (un'ora o due), durante i quali si comportano bene. Loro prospererebbero in un ambiente tranquillo con molta comodità e routine. Hen ha un soffio cardiaco per cui prende farmaci quotidiani. Hen and Hank are the best of friends and are looking for their forever home togther through Dogs Trust in Merseyside. They are currently in a foster home where they are proving to be the perfect house guests, but now need a home to call their own where they can spend the rest of their lives. Hen is a beautiful 11 yr old Whippet Cross. She is quite reserved, but also has a playful side to her nature, loving to play with her toys and enjoying snuggling up next to her humans on the sofa. Still active, Hen enjoys her walks and is friendly with people that she meets. She loves being with her Hank and will sometimes bark a little at other dogs but a treat will always distract her. She knows when she has had enough of a walk and is feeling tired and ready to head home to the couch. At bedtime she will make her way to her bed with her favourite toy. Hen is the sweetest most wonderful girl. Hank is a Lurcher and a little larger than Hen, but equally as adorable. He can be reserved at times, particularly around men, who he likes to take his time getting to know, but this is improving and once he feels safe around you, he loves being close. Like Hen, he loves his walks and his lead walking is also improving and he is pulling less. He's calm and and easy going and loves nothing more than snuggling up with Hen or next to his humans. He adores his food and will eat anything in sight !. He's not really bothered by other dogs that he meets, but when Hen barks he does like to join in. Hen and Hank are looking for a calm, peaceful home where they can enjoy a relaxed lifestyle together. They would be best suited to a household where any children are older and sensible of high school age. Both are housetrained and can be left alone for short periods (an hour or two), during which they settle nicely. They would thrive in a quiet environment with plenty of comfort and routine. Hen has a heart murmur for which she takes daily medication.
