Hennessy va d'accordo con altri cani, ma può essere reattiva al guinzaglio poiché fatica a gestire l'eccitazione e le emozioni in quelle situazioni e avrà bisogno di aiuto per imparare le buone maniere al guinzaglio. Per questo motivo, per ora avrà bisogno di essere l'unico cane in casa. Hennessy è in cerca di una casa per adulti con una famiglia attiva che possa darle la struttura, l'esercizio e l'addestramento continuo di cui ha bisogno per fiorire. Hennessey is super clever girl and she has so much potential. She has been in a home previously and she can be left alone for short periods, although she is better being left in a crate as she can become a little mischievous if given free roam of the house unsupervised. Hennessy is housetrained but may need a refresher in her new home. In the right home, Hennessy will make a fun, affectionate, and loyal companion who will reward her people with endless love and character. Meet lovely Hennessy, a Staffie cross with a big personality and endless energy. This active girl thrives on adventure and playtime. Hennessy gets along well with other dogs but she can be reactive when on lead as she struggles to manage her excitement and emotions in those situations and will need help learning on lead manners. For this reason she will need to be the only dog in the home for now but this may change as we learn more about her. Hennessy is looking for a home with college aged children and with an active family who can give her the structure, exercise, and ongoing training she needs to flourish. It's important she can have a safe space in the home to retreat to and would benefit from access to quiet walking areas. It would be ideal for Hennessey to have a garden of her own to safely play and explore in, however providing she has access to quieter walking areas, this isn't essential.
