Jacko is a beautiful half-long-haired young tomcat, and is not really well socialized. So he is not really a cuddly cat and when he does become so, it is only a guess. He does not act mean, he does not attack but runs away from you. Yet he has already changed a lot and does not run away from us anymore, except when you want to pick him up or something from him. Picking him up does not work, then he panics. But we still hope to find the right match for Jacko. We are looking for a home with a lot of space where he can go his own way, where nothing is expected of him, where there is time to challenge him with play and eventually a pat. And where there are no other pets or children. Jacko will hide for a long time, this is something that requires patience. We are always picky about placing our cats but with Jacko even more so!

Jacko is een prachtige half langharige jonge kater, en is niet echt goed gesocialiseerd. Dus een echte knuffel is hij niet en wanneer hij dat wel wordt valt alleen te raden. Hij doet niet lelijk, hij valt niet aan maar loopt voor je weg. Toch is hij al erg veranderd en loopt niet meer voor ons weg, behalve als je hem wilt pakken of iets van hem wilt. Oppakken gaat niet lukken, dan raakt hij in paniek. Maar we hopen toch de juiste match voor Jacko te vinden. We zoeken een thuis met veel ruimte waar hij zijn eigen gangetje kan gaan, waar niets van hem verwacht wordt, waar wel tijd is om hem uit te dagen met spelen en tzt een aaitje. En waar geen andere huisdieren of kinderen zijn. Jacko zal zich lang gaan verstoppen is de verwachting, dit is iets van de lange adem. We zijn altijd kieskeurig wat betreft het plaatsen van onze katten maar met Jacko nog erger!
