È ufficiale. Lennox è il nostro cane più amato, più bello e più sfortunato. Lennox ha recentemente festeggiato un compleanno molto triste, segnando 4 anni di cura da parte nostra - 12 mesi in casa, il resto in canile. Sono 4 anni troppo lunghi. Sono 4 anni in attesa della famiglia per sempre che sappiamo che Lennox adorerebbe. Sì, è un ragazzo forte che fatica a fare amicizia con altri cani. Ma Lennox compensa questa sfida in molti modi. Semplicemente ADORA le persone. Si lega molto, molto profondamente. Ama incondizionatamente. Lennox ama le persone ed è semplicemente un goffo giocherellone - per lo più un incrocio tra Mastiff/Boxer/Corso con un piccolo tocco di San Bernardo! Lennox è nato nel Regno Unito e trovato a vagare per le strade di una città nel nord-est dell'Inghilterra a soli 10 mesi. Da allora, la sua storia ha spezzato i nostri cuori. Lennox è stato adottato diverse volte, adottato due volte ma è finito per tornare da noi ogni volta per colpa sua. Lennox ha trascorso quasi 3 anni in canile in tutto. Più recentemente Lennox è stato adottato da una donna deliziosa e abbiamo pensato che avesse finalmente trovato il suo divano dorato. Si è legato profondamente al suo proprietario, ha vissuto bene con i bambini in visita ma, a causa di un drastico cambiamento nelle circostanze, Lennox è stato dato via e restituito ai canili a gennaio di quest'anno. Tutti coloro che incontrano Lennox si innamorano perdutamente di lui. Nonostante tutto ciò che ha passato, Lennox non ha mai perso il suo spirito e la gioia per la vita. Ma il continuo spostamento da un posto all'altro e il tempo prolungato in canile hanno avuto il loro effetto. Lennox era in grado di passare accanto ai cani al guinzaglio. Purtroppo ora è reattivo ai cani. Ha bisogno di aiuto per superare le sue ansie in questa direzione. Ma è super intelligente, desideroso di imparare e disperato di essere amato. Siamo convinti che nel giusto ambiente, Lennox possa imparare a essere calmo con altri cani, anche se non può mai vivere con un altro peloso. E infine, Lennox ci ha chiesto di dirvi che nonostante la sua forza, è in realtà più cervello che muscoli. It's official. Lennox is our most loved, most handsome and most unlucky dog. Lennox recently celebrated a very sad birthday, marking 4 years of being in our care - 12 months in a home, the rest in kennels. That's 4 years too long. That's 4 years waiting for the forever family we know Lennox would worship. Yes, he is a strong boy who struggles to make doggy friends. But Lennox makes up for this challenge in so many ways. He simply ADORES people. He bonds very, very deeply. He loves unconditionally. Lennox loves people and is simply a bouncy goof ball - mostly Mastiff/ Boxer/Corso mix with a tiny bit of St Bernard thrown in! Lennox was born in the UK and found wandering the streets of a town in the Northeast of England at just 10 months old. Since then, his story has broken our hearts. Lennox has been picked several times, adopted twice but ended up coming back to us each time through no fault of his own. Lennox has spent nearly 3 years in kennels all in all. Most recently Lennox was adopted by a lovely woman and we thought he had finally found his golden settee. He bonded deeply with his owner, lived well with visiting children but, due to a drastic change in the circumstances, Lennox was given up and returned to kennels in January this year. Everyone who meets Lennox falls madly in love with him. Despite everything he has been through, Lennox has never lost his spirit and joy for life. But the moving from one place to another and extended time in kennels has taken its toll. Lennox used to be able to walk past dogs on the lead. Sadly he is now dog reactive. He needs help to overcome his anxieties in this direction. But he is super bright, keen to learn and desperate to be loved. We truly believe that in the right environment, Lennox can learn to be calm around other dogs, even if he can never live with another furry. And finally, Lennox asked us to tell you that despite his power, he is actually more brains than brawn. “Play with me and you’ll find out, I’m a very clever, loving boy under all that magnificent sinew”.
