I’m a 3-year-old Yorkshire Terrier and I’m a very happy, friendly little chap who absolutely LOVES people! Honestly, I think everyone I meet is wonderful and I’m always ready to make a new best friend. If you have a lap going spare, even better, because that is definitely where I’d like to be! I’m a proper little cuddle bug and could happily curl up beside you for fuss and attention all day long. Now, I might be small, but I certainly don’t let that stop me from being involved in EVERYTHING! I’m a busy little boy with plenty of energy and I like to know exactly what’s going on. If something is happening, I want to be right in the middle of it, thank you very much! I’ve got a big personality packed into my little Yorkie body. I love my people so much that being left on my own isn’t really my favourite thing. I’ll need a home where someone is around for most of the day and where my leaving hours can be kept very low to begin with. Once I’m settled and feeling safe and happy, my family could gradually build up the time I spend alone, but I’ll need them to take this slowly and let me find my paws. I’m a friendly little guy when it comes to other dogs too, and I enjoy having doggy friends. I’d be very happy to have some walking buddies who don’t mind having a busy little bee buzzing around them! I can also live with another dog, pending we are besties at the centre first!🐝 I could potentially live with other small caged animals, subject to a home visit, and I could live with children aged 8 and over. I’ll need a secure garden with 5ft fencing where I can safely explore, have a little sniff around and, of course, do some zoomies when the mood takes me! I’ve been a pretty clean boy while I’ve been in kennels, but my new family will need to understand that I may not be completely housetrained. Moving into a new home is a big change, so there may be the odd little accident while I’m settling in and learning my new routine. So, if you’re looking for a small dog with a BIG personality, a huge love for people and enough energy to keep you on your toes, I think we could have lots of fun together! Just make sure there’s room on that sofa for me… preferably right on your lap! ❤️
