Luna ha un grande potenziale e adora trascorrere tempo con le sue persone preferite, sia che si tratti di ricevere attenzioni e affetto, giocare nei recinti o uscire per passeggiate e avventure. È una ragazza molto attiva che si svilupperà bene in una famiglia che ama l'outdoor e tutte le cose, i suoni e gli odori che ne derivano. Luna è una Lurcher di un anno che è pronta a trovare la sua casa per sempre! Ha trascorso un breve periodo in un ambiente domestico dove era precedentemente addestrata in casa, ma potrebbe aver bisogno di un po' di ripasso mentre si abitua di nuovo alla vita domestica. Luna è una ragazza vivace e allegra che si sente bene quando è occupata. È molto motivata dal cibo e ama partecipare a attività di arricchimento gustose come i mattoni da leccare, i Kongs e i mattoni da annusare. Luna cerca una famiglia che non la lasci sola per periodi prolungati. Può diventare stressata se rimane da sola, quindi i nuovi adottatori dovranno aumentare gradualmente il tempo che trascorre da sola, fornendole cose per tenersi impegnata. Amichevole e affettuosa, Luna può talvolta essere un po' vivace, quindi sarebbe meglio adatta a una casa con bambini più grandi e sicuri, di età pari o superiore ai 12 anni. Fedele al suo incrocio, Luna ha un forte istinto di inseguimento e corre dietro a qualsiasi cosa piccola e pelosa! Per questo motivo non è adatta a vivere con gatti o animali piccoli e si comporterà meglio in aree non molto popolate da gatti. Luna è stata conosciuta come un artista della fuga, quindi avrà bisogno di un giardino completamente sicuro e di supervisione quando è fuori. Trova il grande mondo esterno sia emozionante che soffocante e a volte ha difficoltà quando incontra nuovi cani. Per questo motivo sarà l'unica animale domestico nella sua nuova casa, dove la sua nuova famiglia la aiuterà a migliorare le sue capacità sociali, con il supporto del nostro team, per aiutarla a imparare a essere un compagno cortese e sicuro. Luna has heaps of potential and adores spending time with her favourite people whether that’s soaking up fuss and affection, playing in the compounds, or heading out for walks and adventures. She’s an active girl who will thrive with a family that enjoys the outdoors and all the sights, sounds, and smells that come with it. Luna is a sweet one-year-old Lurcher who’s ready to find her forever home! She has spent a short time in a home environment where she was previously housetrained but may need a little refresher as she settles back into home life. Luna is a lively, fun-loving girl who thrives on staying busy. She’s highly food-motivated and loves engaging in tasty enrichment activities like lick mats, Kongs and snuffle mats. Luna is looking for a family who won’t need to leave her alone for long periods. She can become distressed when left by herself, so her new adopters will need to gradually build up the time she spends alone, providing her with things to keep her occupied. Friendly and affectionate, Luna can sometimes be a bit boisterous, so she’d be best suited to a home with older, confident children aged 12 and up. True to her breed, Luna has a strong chase instinct and will zoom after anything small and furry! Because of this, she isn’t suitable to live with cats or small animals, and she’d do best in an area that isn’t heavily populated with cats. Luna has been known to be a bit of an escape artist, so she’ll need a fully secure garden and supervision while outdoors. She can find the big wide world both exciting and overwhelming, and sometimes struggles when meeting new dogs. For this reason she will need to be the only pet in her new home where her new family can help her work on her social skills, with support from our team, to help her learn how to be a polite and confident companion. She is also learning to wear a muzzle out and about on her walkies.
