Mia è una dolce e gentile ragazza di 7 anni, incrocio di Boxer, che ama dimostrare quanto è intelligente esibendo i suoi fantastici trucchi. Il gioco è il suo momento preferito, salta e insegue i suoi giocattoli, a volte prendendosi un momento per spulciare un orsacchiotto o due, ma il modo migliore per conquistare il suo cuore è con una o due (o tre) palline da tennis. È una signora coccolona, desiderosa di salutare e ricevere coccole da tutti quelli che incontra. Questa splendida ragazza sarebbe l'aggiunta perfetta per qualsiasi famiglia che cerca un cane coccolone! Mia cerca una casa tranquilla con adottanti amorevoli che possano portarla a passeggiate dolci e odorose lontano dalle aree affollate e costruite dove può rilassarsi e non spaventarsi da movimenti improvvisi come motociclette che sfrecciano accanto a lei. È una ragazza socievole che può vivere con bambini delle scuole medie che possono giocare con lei gentilmente e le daranno spazio per riposare quando necessario. Mia spesso evita altri cani quando è fuori, quindi preferirebbe essere l'unico cane in casa, ma potrebbe incontrare compagni di passeggiata educati e amichevoli per avventure divertenti insieme. Mia ha molta formazione alle spalle, esegue un bel "siediti", "zampa" e "basso", nonché "lascia", "letto" e "vieni" - impressionante, vero?! Sarebbe desiderosa di impegnarsi nella formazione se viene offerto un gustoso trattamento, e prova che un cane più anziano può imparare nuovi trucchi. Mia può sistemarsi bene in casa quindi potrebbe essere lasciata per 2-4 ore, questo dovrebbe essere costruito lentamente una volta che si è sistemata nella sua nuova casa. Mia dovrà incontrare i suoi adottanti diverse volte prima di andare a casa quindi si prega di tenerne conto quando si fa domanda. Mia is looking for a calm home with loving adopters who can take her on gentle, sniffy strolls away from busy, built up areas where she can relax and explore at her leisure. She is a friendly girl who can live with older secondary school children who will let her approach at her leisure, who can play with her nicely and will give her space to rest when needed. Mia often chooses to avoid other dogs when out and about, so would prefer to be the only dog in the home, but could meet up with polite and friendly walking buddies. Mia has plenty training under her belt, she does a lovely “sit”, “paw” and “down”, as well as “leave it,” “bed,” and “come” – impressive right?! She would be eager to engage in training if a tasty treat is on offer, and is proof that an older dog can learn new tricks, she is currently being muzzle trained as she will need to be on a lead and muzzle at all times in public. She would like a home with a private, secure garden for her to potter about in at her leisure and have some quality off lead time. Mia can be worried by being left so is looking for a family with someone home the majority of the time. Any leaving time would need to be built up slowly once she has had time to settle into her new home. Mia will need to meet her adopters a few times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. One of her favourite pastimes is to sniff and explore in open green spaces where she can relax and take it all in at her leisure. Playtime is the best, she will jump and chase around after her toys, sometimes taking time out to de-fluff a teddy or two, but the best way to this girl’s heart is a tennis ball or 2 (or 3). She is a snuggly lady, she likes neck scratches the most and will paw you if you stop too soon. This gorgeous girl would make the perfect addition to any family home seeking a snuggle bug of a dog!
