Tutti, conoscete Minnie! Minnie è un levriero di 9 anni che si è ritirato 5 anni fa, ma purtroppo ha trascorso quegli anni in un box da corsa in attesa di uscirne finalmente e iniziare una nuova vita. Minnie condivide il box con un altro maschio levriero ed è assolutamente fantastica con lui. Le piace la compagnia di un altro levriero ed è una perfetta signora con lui, quindi sentiamo davvero che può vivere con un altro levriero senza problemi. Potrebbe anche essere un cane solo e sarebbe felice. Minnie può vivere con bambini più grandi e la maggior parte delle famiglie sarà considerata. Minnie non ha alcuna esperienza del mondo esterno, si è ritirata a 3 anni e per qualche strano motivo ha trascorso anni in un box da corsa quando avrebbe potuto, e dovrebbe essere stata messa in salvaguardia per trovare una casa. Ha perso tanto della vita, e ora è più che pronta a trovare il suo divano per sempre e lasciarsi alle spalle quei terribili giorni. Minnie non è ancora qui abbastanza a lungo per valutarla pienamente, ma da ciò che abbiamo visto finora, è onestamente una meravigliosa, dolce e felice ragazza con tanta personalità e affetto da dare. Chiunque la porterà a casa avrà l'assoluto onore di farle scoprire i piaceri del mondo esterno. Vai a suo ritmo e capisci che tutto è completamente nuovo per lei. In mani giuste, Minnie fiorirà in un compagno assolutamente straordinario. La amiamo già molto qui a Sun Valley e non vediamo l'ora che finalmente possa iniziare la sua vita! Everyone, meet Minnie! Minnie is a 9 year old greyhound who retired 5 years ago, but sadly spent those years in a racing kennel waiting to finally get out of there and start her new life. Minnie shares her kennel with another male greyhound and she is absolutely fantastic with him. She loves the company of another hound and is a perfect lady with him, so we do feel that she can live with another hound for sure. She could also be an only dog quite happily. Minnie can live with older children and most families will be considered. Minnie really has no experience with the outside world at all, she retired at 3 and then for some odd reason spent years in a racing kennel when she could have, and should have been put in to rescue to find a home. She has missed out on so much life, and she is now more than ready to find her forever sofa and leave those horrible days behind her. Minnie hasn’t quite been here long enough to fully assess her, but from what we’ve seen so far she is honestly an incredible, loving and happy little girl with so much personality and affection to give. Whoever takes her home has the absolute honour of exposing her to the joys of the outside world. Take things at her pace, and understand this is all incredibly brand new to her. In the right hands, Minnie will blossom into an absolutely amazing companion. We already love her so much here at Sun Valley and just cannot wait for her to finally be able to start her life!
