Nala è nata in una base militare locale, la cui polizia aveva adottato un randagio che risultava incinta. È stato contattato Merlin's per prendere i cuccioli, ma poiché eravamo nel mezzo del trasloco nella nostra nuova struttura di soccorso, abbiamo spiegato che non potevamo prenderli fino a quando non avremmo terminato il trasloco. Purtroppo i cuccioli sono stati tutti dati via prima che potessimo prenderli. Nala è stata tolta dalla sua mamma all'età di 4 settimane, molto troppo presto. Purtroppo questo ha causato il suo ritorno alla polizia locale sulla base, e ora si trova in cura da Merlin's.

Nala is such a beautiful dog, and despite her rough start she really loves people. She's confident and playful, and plays wonderfully with the other Merlin's dogs. She loves water and you can usually find her in a paddling pool, or if you have a hose in your hand she loves chasing the water! You always end up soaking wet!! She's been with us at Merlin's a while now and we are so sad she hasn't found a home. We can't understand why, as we absolutely love her and we know she would bring so much joy to any home. She sits on command, is gentle with treats, and lives in a kennel with other dogs with no problems. She would fit in well in any home, and would be a fun and loving companion.
