De nature timide, il aura besoin d'un peu de temps pour s'adapter à son nouvel environnement et apprendre à faire confiance. Avec de la patience et de la douceur, il révélera progressivement toute sa sensibilité. Il s'entend bien avec les autres chats. En revanche, un foyer sans chiens et sans jeunes enfants sera indispensable afin de lui offrir le calme et la sérénité dont il a besoin pour s'épanouir.
