Norma è un incrocio Mastin dolce che ora è tornata nel nostro allevamento a causa della cattiva salute dei suoi proprietari. Ha vissuto in una casa amorevole per i ultimi due anni e questa cambiamento non è colpa sua. Norma ha circa cinque anni e vive attualmente con Lily (AAR 2469). Misura circa 116 cm dalla punta del naso alla coda, è alta circa 83 cm e pesa 50 kg. Norma è identificata con un microchip, sterilizzata, completamente vaccinata e ha il suo passaporto, quindi è pronta a viaggiare verso una nuova casa definitiva in Spagna o, a meno che non sia diversamente indicato, in qualsiasi altro luogo in Europa. Quando Norma è arrivata nella sua precedente casa, era molto silenziosa e timida, avendo trascorso tempo in gabbia prima di essere adottata. Con pazienza, stabilità e la compagnia di Lily, ha presto acquisito fiducia e si è ambientata nella vita familiare. Norma ama uscire a passeggio e, sebbene possa essere un po' incerta all'inizio, si rilassa dopo alcuni minuti e cammina bene al guinzaglio. Non le piacciono passeggiate molto lunghe e a volte può apparire un po' rigida nelle gambe, sembrando spesso più vecchia dei suoi anni, quindi è più felice con un ritmo di vita più dolce. Norma ama trascorrere tempo all'aperto, girovagando sulla terra, giocando brevemente con una palla e poi rilassandosi al sole. È affettuosa e gode della vicinanza alle persone, ma apprezza anche il suo tempo tranquillo. È brava con altri cani, ha convissuto con i gatti (sebbene preferisca interazioni calme), e si è comportata bene con bambini gentili, inclusi i figli dei visitatori. Norma mangia due volte al giorno e apprezzare una dieta variata. Ha guadagnato un po' di peso dopo l'operazione di sterilizzazione e trarrebbe beneficio da esercizio dolce e una routine bilanciata nella sua prossima casa. Norma is a gentle Mastin mix who is now back in our care due to her owners’ ill health. She has been part of a loving home for the past two years, and this change is through no fault of her own. Norma is around five years old and currently living with Lily (AAR 2469). She measures approximately 116cm from nose to tail, stands around 83cm tall, and weighs 50kg. Norma is microchipped, neutered, fully vaccinated, and has her passport, meaning she is ready to travel to a new forever home in Spain or, unless otherwise stated, elsewhere in Europe. When Norma first arrived in her previous home, she was very quiet and timid, having spent time in kennels before being adopted. With patience, stability, and the companionship of Lily, she soon grew in confidence and settled into family life. Norma enjoys going out for walks and, while she may be a little unsure at first, she relaxes after a few minutes and walks well on the lead. She does not enjoy very long walks and can be a little stiff in her legs at times, often appearing older than her years, so she is happiest with a gentler pace of life. Norma loves spending time outdoors, pottering around the land, playing briefly with a ball, and then relaxing in the sun. She is affectionate and enjoys being close to her people, while also valuing her quiet time. She is good with other dogs, has lived with cats (though she prefers calm interactions), and has been fine with gentle children, including visiting grandchildren. Norma eats twice a day and enjoys a varied diet. She has gained some weight following her spay operation and would benefit from gentle exercise and a balanced routine in her next home. This sweet, sensitive girl is looking for a calm, understanding home where she can continue to feel safe and secure. Norma would love to stay with Lily if possible, but she could also adapt to a suitable home that offers patience, kindness, and a peaceful environment.
