Othello, born approximately 2020, approximately 55 cm shoulder height, in the shelter since 02/2025. Othello was rescued from a public animal shelter in deplorable condition along with several other dogs. The handsome male with gentle eyes is very afraid of people and does not expect anything positive, which unfortunately surprises us little given his background. He currently still needs time to recover, but will hopefully be ready for a home at some point. If he is ready, we would like a home for him with empathetic and experienced people who can show him what a good dog life is like in peace and without time pressure or expectations. It should be okay if he never wants to go for a walk or cuddle like a normal dog. Maybe he will be good for one or more positive surprises. A securely fenced garden with direct access to the house is a basic requirement. Since Othello has only poor placement chances, we would be very happy if someone would take a sponsorship for him. currently still in Romania and may leave if a home is found. chipped and vaccinated (EU vaccination passport; vaccinations: rabies + basic vaccination) All dogs are dewormed and de-fleaed at their arrival in the shelter and thereafter at least annually. castrated The transport (registered with Traces) will be organized and carried out by us, as far as legally possible for the country of destination. Tierarztpatenschaft: - Othello, geboren ca. 2020, ca. 55 cm Schulterhöhe, im Shelter seit 02/2025 Othello wurde gemeinsam mit mehreren anderen Hunden in erbärmlichem Zustand aus einem öffentlichen Tierheim gerettet. Vor Menschen hat der hübsche Rüde mit den sanften Augen große Angst und erwartet nichts positives, was uns aufgrund seiner Herkunft leider wenig verwundert. Aktuell braucht er noch Zeit, um sich zu erholen, wird aber hoffentlich irgendwann bereit sein für ein eigenes Zuhause. Wenn er so weit ist wünschen wir uns für ihn ein Zuhause bei einfühlsamen und erfahrenen Menschen, die ihm in Ruhe und ohne Zeitdruck oder Erwartungshaltung zeigen, was ein gutes Hundeleben ist. Es sollte okay sein, wenn er nie wie ein normaler Hund Gassi gehen oder kuscheln will. Vielleicht ist er dann für die eine oder andere positive Überraschung gut. Ein sicher eingezäunter Garten mit direktem Zugang zum Haus ist Grundvoraussetzung. Da Othello nur schlechte Vermittlungschancen hat, würden wir uns sehr freuen, wenn jemand eine Patenschaft für ihn übernimmt. aktuell noch in Rumänien und darf ausreisen, wenn er ein Zuhause gefunden hat gechipt und geimpft (EU Impfpass; Impfungen: Tollwut + Grundimmunisierung) Alle Hunde werden bei ihrer Ankunft im Shelter und danach mindestens jährlich entwurmt und entfloht. kastriert Der Transport (angemeldet mit Traces) wird von uns, so weit es für das Bestimmungsland rechtlich möglich ist, organisiert und durchgeführt.
