He will need an indoor home, or supervised outdoor time in a secure catio or harness. He is such a kind, precious angel who loves to be loved and baking biscuits. He loves to be carried like a baby, loves other cats and dogs. He is super friendly! He thrives on a steady routine and knows when it is dinner time!
