È un gatto affettuoso, molto tenero, ma anche attivo. L'isolamento non gli si addice; preferirebbe avere un compagno felino con cui può anche litigare a volte. Sebbene i tomcat dominanti lo spaventino, non è troppo timido, poiché vuole essere il "macho". Pumba è affettuoso e coccolone e vorrebbe anche dormire nello stesso letto. I bambini più grandi non sono un problema, ma non ama il rumore dei bambini piccoli, quindi tende a ritirarsi. L'anno scorso al nostro rifugio, Pumba ha avuto contatto con i cani. È andato molto bene; ha persino giocato con loro. Pumba ha bisogno di spazio per correre. Un giardino sicuro sarebbe perfetto, ma ci sono anche altre opzioni in discussione. Er ist ein lieber, sehr anhänglicher, aber auch aktiver Kater. Einzelhaltung passt nicht zu ihm , er möchte gerne einen Katerkumpel, mit dem er auch ab und zu mal bolzen kann. Dominante Kater machen ihm zwar Angst, aber zu schüchtern geht leider auch nicht, denn dann möchte er der Macho sein. Pumba ist lieb und verschmust und würde auch gerne mit im Bett schlafen. Ältere Kinder sind kein Problem. Kleinkind-Geschrei liegt ihm leider nicht so, da zieht er sich zurück. Auf unserer Auffangstelle hatte er letztes Jahr auch Kontakt zu Hunden. Das hat sehr gut funktioniert. Er hat sogar mit ihnen gespielt. Pumba braucht Platz zum Toben. Ein gesicherter Garten wäre toll, aber es kommen auch andere Optionen in Frage.
