Rivenook cerca una casa calma e tranquilla, riservata agli adulti, con adottanti che hanno tanto tempo da dedicarle. È abbastanza facile da gestire, ma può ancora non essere sicura dei nostri intenti, quindi avrà bisogno di una famiglia gentile e paziente che possa darle il sostegno necessario per costruire la sua fiducia. Lei trae grande conforto dagli altri cani e avrà bisogno di un altro cane gentile e sicuro di sé nella sua nuova casa per aiutarla e sostenere. Poiché Rivenook non aveva mai vissuto in una casa prima di andare in famiglia di accoglienza, avrà bisogno di guida dolce mentre impara i fondamentali, tra cui l'addestramento a vivere in casa e l'abitudine ai rumori e alle immagini della vita domestica. Ha iniziato a imparare come indossare una cingia e presto inizierà ad imparare come camminare al guinzaglio. Rivenook è arrivata con un'ernia inguinale, che è stata correttamente riparata al momento della sterilizzazione. Rivenook has come to us from a breeder and is now looking for her forever home. When she first arrived she was understandably very worried, but since moving into foster she has already started to make lovely progress and is slowly beginning to show her sweet personality. Rivenook is still a shy and sensitive girl who can be easily spooked by new things, so she will need a calm and quiet adult-only home with patient adopters who can help her continue building confidence at her own pace. Although she can still be unsure at times, she is also discovering that people can be kind and comforting, and she absolutely loves a gentle tummy tickle. Her foster carer says she is constantly wagging her tail whenever she is spoken to, which is incredibly endearing. She takes huge comfort from the other dogs in her foster home and is very reliant on canine companionship for reassurance, so Rivenook will need another kind and confident resident dog in her new home to help guide and support her as she settles in. As Rivenook had never lived in a home before moving into foster, everything is still very new to her. She will need gentle guidance as she continues learning about home life, including house training, household routines and building confidence with a harness and lead. With time, patience and reassurance, we are sure she will continue to blossom. Rivenook arrived with an inguinal hernia, which has been successfully repaired at the time of her spay. She is simply waiting for someone to take a chance on her and offer the love, patience and comfort she truly deserves. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
