Rupert ha avuto alcuni mesi difficili e, non per colpa sua, ora cerca la sua perfetta casa per sempre che gli dia tutto l'amore che merita. Rupert è un'anima felice che non sembrerebbe classificata come anziana! Ha ancora tanta energia e adora uscire a passeggio - ama condividere le sue passeggiate con altri cani, tuttavia pensiamo che sarebbe meglio solo in casa perché a volte si eccita troppo. Rupert può essere un po' distante quando ti conosce per la prima volta, ma è sicuramente conquistato dal cibo e una volta che sa che sei lui apprezzare una coccola. Potrebbe vivere con bambini di età superiore ai 14 anni, abbiamo visto solo comportamenti amichevoli intorno alle persone ma, essendo più grande, pensiamo che preferirebbe vivere con bambini più grandi. Mentre ama essere fuori e in luoghi affollati, gli piace anche un'area tranquilla per dormire quando ne ha bisogno. Potrebbe avere visitatori più giovani. È bravo a essere maneggiato e sollevato per cose come il veterinario, metterlo in auto, avergli un guinzaglio.

Rupert has had an unsettled few months and through no fault of his own is now looking for his perfect forever home that will give him all the love he deserves. Rupert is a happy soul who you wouldn’t think was classed as a senior! He still has a lot of energy and really loves going out for walks – he enjoys sharing his walks with other dogs however we think he would be best on his own in the home as he sometimes gets a little too excited. Rupert can be a little bit aloof when you first meet him, but he is definitely won over by food and once he knows you enjoys a fuss. He could live with children over 14, we have only seen friendly behaviours around people but with him being older we think he would rather live with older kids. Whilst he enjoys being out and about in busy places, he also likes a quiet area to sleep when he needs to. He could have younger visitors. He is good being handled and picked up for things like the vets, being put in the car, having a harness on.
