Tara è una dolce incrocio di piccola a media taglia con circa dodici anni. Safe Rescue l'ha sistemata in una famiglia di accoglienza a Norwich, Norfolk, ma sta cercando una meravigliosa casa per sempre in cui trascorrere i suoi ultimi anni. Tara è finita in cura da Safe Rescue a causa di problemi di salute dei suoi precedenti proprietari. Può vivere con o senza altri cani e ha vissuto con gatti in precedenza. È una ragazza socievole e si intende bene con gli amici canini. Tara ama le sue passeggiate e le giornate fuori e sarebbe un meraviglioso compagno per qualcuno fortunato. Vorrebbe una famiglia di adulti e potrebbe essere cauta con alcuni uomini, ma è una ragazza dolce e amichevole che prospererà in una casa amorevole e tranquilla. È una ragazza molto dolce e affettuosa e adora essere abbracciata. Si prega di notare: quando adotti un cane di Safe Rescue, devi utilizzare necessariamente una guinzaglio a scatto. Questo terrà al sicuro il tuo cane: il tuo nuovo cane sarà ansioso e non ti farà fiducia, e non saprai quali situazioni potrebbero agitare il tuo cane. Se il tuo cane si spaventa, allora il guinzaglio a scatto è l'unica via per evitare che scappi (molti cani possono scappare dal collare e/o dalla pettorina). Ci vorranno ALMENO 3-6 mesi perché il cane si abitui e tu possa conoscere pienamente il tuo cane (più a lungo per i cani timidi). Tara is a small to medium sized gentle crossbreed lady aged around twelve years old. Safe Rescue have her settled in a foster home in Norwich, Norfolk, but she is looking for a wonderful forever home in which to spend her twilight years. Tara has come into the care of Safe Rescue due to health issues of her last owners. She can live with or without other dogs and has lived with cats previously. She is a doggy social girl and gets on well with other doggy chums. Tara loves her walks and days out and would make a wonderful companion for some lucky person. She would like an adult family and can be wary of some men, but is a gentle and friendly girl that will thrive in a loving and peaceful home. She is such a sweet and affectionate girl and adores being cuddled. Please note : When you adopt a Safe Rescue dog, you MUST use a slip lead. This will keep your dog safe: your new dog will be nervous and will not trust you, and you will not know which situations might upset your dog. If your dog panics, then a slip lead is the only way to prevent your dog from escaping (many dogs can escape from a collar and/or harness). It will take AT LEAST 3-6 months for your dog to settle-in and for you to know your dog fully (longer for nervous dogs). The slip lead must ALWAYS be used during this settling-in period.
