Teddy è attualmente in fase di reinserimento presso il nostro programma Homestay. In questo programma, il cane rimane con il suo attuale proprietario fino al momento dell'adozione, quando la proprietà viene trasferita brevemente a Dogs Trust e poi ai nuovi adottanti. I vantaggi del programma Homestay per un cane sono che minimizzano la rottura e impediscono al cane di dover andare in canile, tuttavia esiste la possibilità che il proprietario possa ritirarsi dal programma prima dell'adozione. Siamo consapevoli del disagio che ciò può causare ai potenziali adottanti e lavoriamo a stretto contatto con i proprietari per ridurre al minimo la probabilità che ciò accada. Tuttavia, rimane una possibilità e, se ciò dovesse accadere, Dogs Trust darà priorità alla ricerca di adottanti di un altro cane adatto. Teddy è un bel Cavapoo di 6 anni. Teddy è un vero cane da compagnia che ama niente più che stare vicino ai suoi umani. Che si stia accoccolando sulle vostre gambe per coccole o che vi segua da una stanza all'altra, gli piace semplicemente far parte di qualsiasi cosa stiate facendo. Adora giocare a recuperare con la sua palla preferita e gli piace fare passeggiate. Fuori, Teddy è un ragazzo molto vocale poiché ama far sapere a tutti che è lì. Teddy potrebbe vivere con un altro cane, soggetto a un'introduzione riuscita e si adatta meglio a una casa con bambini più grandi e sensati in età scolare che sono sicuri con cani vivaci. Se stai cercando un fedele piccolo ombra che ti sommergerà di affetto, ti terrà compagnia durante il giorno e non si preoccuperà di dire al mondo quanto è eccitato, allora Teddy potrebbe essere la scelta perfetta per te.

Teddy is currently being rehomed under our Homestay scheme. Under this scheme, the dog stays with their current owner until the point of adoption, when ownership transfers briefly to Dogs Trust and then to the new adopters. The benefits of Homestay for a dog are that it minimises disruption and prevents the dog having to come into kennels, however there is the potential the owner may pull out of the scheme prior to adoption. We understand the upset this may cause to potential adopters, and we work closely with owners to minimise the likelihood of this. However, it remains a possibility, and should this occur, Dogs Trust will prioritise finding adopters an alternative suitable dog. Teddy is a handsome 6 year old Cavapoo. Teddy is a real people dog who loves nothing more than being close to his humans. Whether he's curled up on your lap for cuddles or following you from room to room, he simply enjoys being part of whatever you're doing. He adores playing fetch with his favourite ball and enjoys getting out for walks. Out and about, Teddy is a very vocal boy as he likes to let everyone know he's there. Teddy could live with another dog, subject to a successful introduction and he's best suited to a home with older, sensible primary school-aged children who are confident around lively dogs. If you're looking for a loyal little shadow who will shower you with affection, keep you company throughout the day, and won't mind telling the world how excited he is then Teddy could be the perfect match for you.
