Tetley ama passeggiare tranquillamente con i suoi amici cani se rispettano il suo spazio personale. È felice di fare avventure in auto e esplorare nuovi posti - punti extra se c'è una bella zona di erba dove rotolarsi! Tetley adora giocare a tiro e inseguire palline da tennis anche se a volte si siede con la sua gamba mancante. Anche se Tetley è sordo, non permette che questo lo fermi e ama imparare nuovi segnali delle mani per il suo addestramento. Tetley è un ragazzo molto vivace che impara velocemente come massimizzare il numero di snack che può ottenere da te. Ama rilassarsi con le sue persone ma è anche un bravo ragazzo che riesce a rilassarsi da solo ed è stato precedentemente lasciato solo in casa per fino a quattro ore senza problemi. Tetley è un ragazzo dolce e giocoso che cerca semplicemente una casa tranquilla, paziente e comprensiva. Underdog Tetley è un ragazzo intelligente e affettuoso che farà qualsiasi cosa per uno snack. Tetley ha perso la gamba quando era solo un cucciolo e anche nato sordo. Ha dimostrato di essere uno specialista nell'adattarsi alla vita diversamente dagli altri cani e vive la sua vita al massimo. Una volta che Tetley conosce te, ama sedersi sul divano e abbracciarti, ma ci vuole un po' di tempo per fidarsi di te. Tetley è un ragazzo sensibile e si preoccupa quando stranieri (soprattutto bambini) si avvicinano a lui, può spaventarsi facilmente a causa della sua sordità e quindi dovrà essere tenuto al guinzaglio e museruola in pubblico. Avrà bisogno anche di un giardino privato sicuro per girovagare e vorrebbe vivere senza altri animali domestici o bambini. Tetley necessiterà che i potenziali adottanti vengano al centro per conoscerlo più volte e il team di Addestramento e Comportamento sarà presente per supportarvi durante tutto il processo di adozione. Una volta che lo conoscete, non potrete fare a meno di innamorarvi del ragazzo vivace, sciocco e speciale che è Mr Tetley Tea.

Tetley enjoys calm walks with his doggy friends if they respect his personal space. He is happy to go on adventures in the car and explore new places – bonus points if there's a lovely patch of grass for him to roll in! Tetley loves playing tug and chasing tennis balls even if he does sometimes take a tumble with his missing leg. Although Tetley is deaf, he doesn't let this hold him back and he enjoys learning new hand signals for his training. Tetley is a very cheeky boy who quickly learns how to maximise the number of snacks he can get from you. He loves relaxing with his people but is also a very good boy at relaxing on his own and was previously left home alone for up to four hours with no concerns. Tetley is a sweet, playful boy who is just looking for a calm, patient, and understanding home. Underdog Tetley is a clever affectionate boy that will do anything for a snack. Tetley lost his leg when he was only a puppy, and he was also born deaf. He has been a superstar at adapting to life differently to most other dogs, and he still lives his life to the max. Once Tetley knows you, he loves sitting on the sofa and having a cuddle, but it can take some time for him to trust you. Tetley is a sensitive boy and is worried by strangers (particularly children) approaching him, he can get startled easily with this due to him being deaf and so he will need to be kept on lead and muzzled in public. He will also require his own private secure garden to mooch about in and would like to live with no other pets or children. Tetley will need potential adopters to come to the centre to meet him multiple times and the Training and Behaviour team will be on hand to support you through the adoption process from start to finish. Once you get to know him, you just cannot help but fall in love with the cheeky, silly, special boy that is Mr Tetley Tea.
