Found as a stray, she has not had much previous training, so she will need patient owners who are happy to start her housetraining from scratch. She is a quick learner who is motivated by food and keen to please, so training sessions can be both fun and rewarding. Tilly will suit someone who can channel her energy into positive activities and who is happy to work on her dog-to-dog manners. In return, she will bring joy, laughter, and a whole lot of tennis ball games to your life. If you are looking for a lively companion who will make every day more fun, Tilly might be just the girl for you. This one-and-a-half-year-old Lurcher cross is brimming with enthusiasm and a zest for life that will keep you smiling. She loves her tennis ball, enjoys learning new things, and will thrive with an owner who shares her love of adventure. Young Tilly is curious about the world and always ready to explore so she will need a home committed to continuing her training — especially when it comes to her lead reactivity to other dogs. She must be the only dog in the home and we do not recommend rehoming her with cats or small furries. Tilly would benefit from minimal leaving hours at first to help her adjust to her new home and would love to go on long walks to burn off some steam. Her new family should be ready to help her build up her confidence with being left gradually once she is settled in her new home. Children in the home should ideally be of secondary school age, though confident younger children could be considered.
