Tobias ha 11 anni e non vede l'ora di trovare la sua perfetta compagna. Se sei interessato a fare addestramento (sa già tante cose e ti mostreremo i rudimenti!) e hai tanto tempo per giocare a prendere la palla allora potresti essere tu! Tobias apprezzerà un breve coccolone da persone con cui ha costruito un forte legame. Si è comportato veramente bene con i suoi incroci canini e può condividere le passeggiate con cani calmi e di piccole dimensioni. Tobias preferisce posti tranquilli dove esplorare, ma è felice di viaggiare in auto quindi può andare più lontano per queste opportunità. È anche ok rimanere solo a casa per diverse ore e è completamente addestrato in casa. Tobias è un ragazzo sensibile ed entusiasta che cerca una casa che lo mantenga in addestramento e lo porti fuori per tanti odori. Ha alcune preoccupazioni sia verso le persone che verso gli altri cani, quindi cerca una casa tranquilla, solo per adulti, senza bambini in visita, per godersi i suoi anni di anziano, e avrà anche bisogno di essere l'unico animale domestico in casa. Tobias avrà bisogno di uno spazio sicuro all'interno della casa dove ritirarsi quando i visitatori fanno capolino. Impiega del tempo per costruire una relazione con le persone, quindi gli adottatori dovranno visitare il centro diverse volte prima di andare a casa con lui. Tobias è in terapia farmacologica per aiutarlo con alcune rigidità legate all'età alle sue anche e gambe posteriori. Nonostante questo, ama rimanere attivo e gode sia delle passeggiata che del gioco.

Tobias is 11 years old and can’t wait to find his perfect match. If you are interested in training (he knows loads already and we’ll show you the ropes!) and have lots of time to play fetch then it could be you! Tobias will enjoy a short fuss from people he has built a strong bond with. He has been doing really well with his dog mixes and can share walks with calm, smaller dogs. Tobias prefers quieter walking spots with lots of exploring to do, but he is happy to travel in the car so can go further afield for these opportunities. He's also ok to be left home alone for several hours and is fully housetrained. Tobias is a sensitive and enthusiastic boy who is looking for a home that will keep up his training and take him out for lots of sniffs. He does have his worries around both people and dogs so is looking for a quiet, adult-only home with no visiting children to really enjoy his senior years, and will also need to be the only pet in the home. Tobias will need a safe space within the home that he can retreat to for when visitors pop by. He takes time to build a relationship with people so will need any adopters to visit the centre several times before going home with them. Tobias is on pain medication to help with some age-related stiffness in his hips and back legs. Despite this he likes to keep active and enjoys both walks and play.
