Tom, amante delle palle da tennis, è un ragazzo molto amichevole che adora conoscere le persone e vorrebbe una casa con tante persone in grado di soddisfare le sue continue richieste di attenzione! Tom è un simpatico Jack Russell Terrier che deve essere l'unico animale in casa, poiché non ama condividere con gli altri. Può trovare i cani vicini preoccupanti, ma può convivere con bambini di età 14 anni o più. Adora giocare, specialmente inseguendo le palle e vuole che anche voi giochiate con lui. Un giardino sicuro nella sua nuova casa è indispensabile poiché Tom si è precedentemente allontanato. Tom è generalmente molto rilassato quando c'è qualcuno con lui, ma si preoccupa se rimane solo e può distruggere cose quando è ansioso, quindi una casa con più persone sarebbe ideale. È abituato a fare la pipì in casa, ma ha paura di rimanere solo e vorrebbe che qualcuno fosse sempre con lui. Tom era solito cercare altri cani durante le sue passeggiate per reagire a loro, ma ora si è calmato molto e camminerà tranquillamente accanto a loro, a meno che non abbaiino a lui, nel qual caso glielo farà sapere! Tom camminerebbe tutto il giorno se potesse, ma purtroppo la sua gamba difettosa non glielo permette. Tom ha un legamento crociato rotto, ma non è un buon candidato per un intervento chirurgico e sarà gestito con farmaci per il dolore. Tennis ball loving Tom is a friendly chap who really enjoys meeting people and would love a home with lots of people that can meet his non-stop fussing demands! Dogs Trust Merseyside hopes to find him a home where he can be someone’s best buddy. Tom is a cute Jack Russell Terrier who needs to be the only pet at home as he doesn't enjoy sharing with others. He can find find nearby dogs worrying, but he can live with children aged 14 and over. He loves to play, especially chasing after balls and likes you to play with him too. A secure garden in his new home is a must as Tom has escaped from one previously. Tom is generally very relaxed when someone is with him, but he does fret if left alone and can be destructive when he’s anxious, so a multi-person home would be ideal. He is house-trained but panics being on his own and would like someone with him constantly. Tom used to be quite keen on looking for other dogs to react to on his walks but he’s chilled out a lot and will calmly walk past them, unless they bark at him in which case he’ll let them know what he thinks! Tom would walk all day if he could but sadly his dodgy leg won’t allow that. Tom has a ruptured cruciate but is not a good candidate for surgery so will be managed with pain relief.
