Venus arrived at the shelter after being taken into a pound along with her companion, Sun. She’s an adorable and endearing dog. Very shy, she’ll need time and gentle care to fully reveal her true personality. She absolutely must be adopted together with another dog (otherwise, she’ll feel very uncomfortable in a household setting). She needs to observe and learn from the behavior of a confident, well-adjusted dog. Gentle and playful, Venus can certainly live happily with children who respect her shyness. Venus is a Category 2 dog and requires a certificate of competence for ownership. She seems to be afraid of cats; however, cohabitation is possible with proper introductions.

Venus est arrivée au refuge suite à un passage en fourrière avec son copain Sun. C'est une chienne adorable et attachante. Très timide, elle aura besoin de temps et de douceur pour se révéler sous son grand jour. Elle devra impérativement partir avec un autre chien (sans quoi elle sera très mal à l'aise au sein du foyer). Elle a besoin de copier le comportement d'un chien bien dans ses patounes. Douce et joueuse, Venus pourra tout à fait vivre avec des enfants respectueux de sa timidité. Venus est une chienne de catégorie 2 qui nécessite une attestation d'aptitude à la détention. Elle semble avoir peur des chats, une cohabitation est possible avec de bonnes présentations.
