Background William è stato investito da un'auto in strada e è stato trovato da uno dei soccorritori disteso sull'asfalto, non in grado di alzarsi. Il nostro soccorritore lo ha portato dal veterinario – non hanno trovato fratture ma è passato quattro settimane prima che iniziasse gradualmente a recuperare la sensibilità nelle gambe. Ma poco alla volta è diventato più forte e per fortuna si è completamente ripreso. Carattere e bisogni Questo bellissimo ragazzo ha trascorso due lunghi anni in gabbia, in attesa di una casa. È un po' timido e diffidente verso le persone nuove – ci vuole un po' di tempo perché acquisisca fiducia. Ma è di buon carattere e dolce, quindi con la giusta approccio diventerà un meraviglioso compagno! Si intende molto bene con altri cani ma è molto sottomesso e ha bisogno di amici canini gentili. Casa ideale Il giusto adottatore per William avrà esperienza con cani timidi e saprà guadagnare gradualmente la sua fiducia e costruire la sua autostima. William avrà bisogno di una casa solo per adulti e un ambiente tranquillo. Con una corretta introduzione può vivere con i gatti. Background William was hit by a car in the street and was found by one of rescuers laying on the tarmac, not able to get up. Our rescuer took him to the vet – they didn’t find any fractures but it took four weeks before he slowly began regaining the feeling in his legs. But little by little he became stronger and thankfully recovered entirely. Character and needs This very sweet boy has spent two long years in kennels, waiting for a home. He is a bit timid and wary of new people – it takes a little time for him to gain confidence. But he is good-natured and gentle so with the right approach he will become a wonderful companion! He gets on wonderfully with other dogs but is very submissive and needs gentle dog friends. Ideal home The ideal adopter for William will have experience with timid dogs and know how to gradually gain his trust and build up his confidence. William will need and adults only home and a calm environment. With proper introduction he can live with cats. A confident and friendly doggy companion will definitely help him gain trust. Neutered, microchipped and fully vaccinated.
