This is tomcat Bobby. He arrived at the foster home last summer completely emaciated and matted, limping on three legs. At first, he was very fearful, but once he realized he was getting food and a place to sleep, it didn’t take long for his clingy and affectionate nature to come out. He enjoys being combed and petted, finds the best sleeping spots, and accepts other cats. But he loves his food the most. He seems to not have forgotten the tough times. He begs, gives head butts, and is happy when the bowl is full. Unfortunately, he eats everything and everyone else, making him increasingly chubby. Therefore, a home as a single indoor cat with a yard would be the best solution to ration his food so he doesn’t continue to gain weight. Bobby is approximately 6 years old, calm, friendly, and spends most of his time sleeping when he’s not begging for food. It would be wonderful if he could find a quiet home. Visitors can pet him, and he is grateful for any affection. This cat needs outdoor access.

Das ist Kater Bobby. Er kam im letzten Sommer völlig ausgehungert und verfilzt auf drei Beinen humpelnd auf der Pflegestelle an. Zunächst war er sehr ängstlich, aber als er bemerkte, dass er Futter und ein Plätzchen zum Schlafen bekam dauerte es nicht lange, bis seine anhänglich und liebenswerte Natur zum Vorschein kam. Er lässt sich sehr gerne kraulen und bürsten, sucht sich die besten Schlafplätze und akzeptiert andere Katzen. Aber am meisten liebt er sein Futter. Er scheint die schlechten Zeiten nicht zu vergessen. Da bettelt er, gibt Köpfchen und ist glücklich wenn der Napf voll ist. Leider futtert er den anderen auch alles weg und wird daher immer moppeliger. Daher wäre ein Zuhause als alleiniger Stubentiger mit Freigang die beste Lösung, um sein Futter zu rationieren damit er nicht mehr zunimmt. Bobby ist ca. 6 Jahre alt, ruhig, freundlich und schläft die meiste Zeit, wenn er nicht um Futter bettelt. Es wäre schön wenn er ein ruhiges Zuhause bekommen würde. Von Besuchern lässt er sich gerne streicheln und ist dankbar für jede Zuwendung.
