We have no words to express the pain we feel every time we see her, watching her so scared that she stands frozen and trembling in place. This little one, who just turned a year old a month ago, has had to endure horrors in her short life, and we only know that she was at the dog pound for a while before reaching us. She is friendly with other dogs, coexisting and playing with her kennel mates without any issues. With people, we can say she is friendly, although our presence terrifies her right now, so we are working on building her trust, which is a slow process that requires respecting her space. Despite freezing up when touched, she allows anything to be done to her, from treatments to putting on her leash, making her a manipulable little pup. When walking her, it’s important to go at her pace, as she gets scared by any noise or movement. We know it’s hard for someone to notice her due to her fear, but we don’t doubt that beneath all that fear and insecurity lies a wonderful little pup, waiting for a family that wants to help her overcome her traumas and give her a life full of love. We hope that family arrives soon and that she can heal her inner wounds.

No tenemos palabras para expresar el dolor que sentimos cada vez que la vemos, verla tan asustada hasta el punto de quedarse petrificada y temblando en el sitio. Esta pequeña de aquí que hace apenas un mes cumplió un año, ha tenido que vivir horrores en su corta vida, solo sabemos que estuvo en la perrera un tiempo hasta llegar a nosotros. Es sociable con perros, convive y juega con sus compis de chenil sin ningún problema. Con las personas si podemos decir que es sociable, aunque nuestra presencia le aterra ahora mismo, por ello trabajamos en fomentar su confianza siendo un proceso lento respetando su espacio. A pesar de quedarse petrificada cuando la tocamos, se deja hacer cualquier cosa, desde tratamientos hasta ponerle la correa, por lo cual es una perrita manipulable. A la hora de pasear hay que ir a su ritmo, debido a que cuando escucha algún ruido o con cualquier movimiento se asusta. Sabemos que es difícil que alguien se fije en ella debido a su temor, pero no dudamos que debajo de todo ese miedo e inseguridad existe una perrita maravillosa, esperando a una familia que quiera ayudarle a superar sus traumas y brindarle una vida llena de amor.
