Eve è un piccolo o medio, di alta energia, cane mix collie whippet che ha 2,5 anni e si trova da noi dal mese di aprile 2023. È stata trovata come randagia, i proprietari sono stati localizzati ma hanno rifiutato di prenderla indietro. Eve è molto affettuosa con quelle che conosce e risponde bene all'addestramento, è motivata dal cibo e desiderosa di piacere. Le piace giocare con i giocattoli, così come il gioco del lancio e il tiro alla fune. È brava nel box e non soffre di ansia da separazione. Eve è pulita nella sua casa in gabbia, l'addestramento in un ambiente domestico dovrebbe essere facile. Le piacciono le passeggiate, è eccellente nell'utilizzo del halter ma può diventare eccitata quando incontra cose nuove. Abbaiare agli altri cani quando è al guinzaglio, in modo non aggressivo ma frustrato. Tirerà forte per raggiungerli e abbaiare molto, questo non smette sempre quando si incontrano. Eve ha avuto giochi senza guinzaglio con altri cani nel canile e tutto è andato bene. A volte prova a leccare le persone mentre passa e è generalmente amichevole, ma se qualcuno si avvicina troppo velocemente o parla con una voce troppo invadente abbaierà e si infastidirà (penso che lo trovi minaccioso). Ha bisogno di un paio di passeggiate decenti al giorno o, se ci sarà un altro cane vivace ed energico in casa, Eve brucia l'energia giocando e non ha bisogno di tante passeggiate giornaliere. Le piace abbracciare e si rannicchierà sul divano. Eve richiede una casa in un'area rurale tranquilla o in campagna e si sente sopraffatta se troppe persone vanno e vengono in casa, quindi ha bisogno di una casa con una sola persona o una coppia. Eve non va d'accordo con tutti i cani ma è stata tenuta in gabbia con diversi altri cani e si è comportata molto bene con tutti loro. Non le piacciono tutti i cani ma non c'è un modello, ad esempio determinate dimensioni, razze o sesso, i cani più vivaci ed energici sembrano i suoi preferiti. Saprmo subito se andrà d'accordo con il tuo cane. Eve è una ragazza meravigliosa, è molto fedele e sarà un ottimo compagno ma ha bisogno di tempo per adattarsi e non troppe avventure all'inizio. Eve è sterilizzata, microchippata, completamente vaccinata incluso KC, trattata contro vermi e zecche. Valutazione della casa e tassa di adozione applicabili. Eve is a small to medium sized, high energy, collie whippet x who is 2.5 years old and been in our care since April 2023. She was found as a stray, owners were located who refused to take her back. Eve is very affectionate to those she knows, and responds well to training, being food motivated and eager to please. She loves to play with toys, as well as fetch and tug of war. She is good in the crate and does not have separation anxiety. Eve is clean in her kennel house training in a home environment should be easy . She loves her walks, is excellent using a halti but can get excited when she encounters new things. She will bark at other dogs when on lead, in a non-aggressive frustration type of way. She will pull hard to get to them and bark a lot, this doesn’t always stop when they meet. Eve has had off lead play with other dogs at the kennels and all has been fine. She sometimes tries to lick people as she passes them and is generally friendly, but if someone approaches her too fast or talks in an overly pushy voice she will bark at them and get annoyed (I think she finds this threatening). She does need a decent couple of walks per day or if another playful energetic dog in the home Eve burns off energy playing and does not need as many daily walks. Eve loves to cuddle and will cosy up on the sofa. Eve requires a home in a quiet rural or country area and gets overwhelmed if too many people are coming and going in a home hence she requires a home with one person or a couple. Eve does not get on with all dogs but has been kenneled with various other dogs and got on great with them all. She does not like all dogs but there is no pattern e.g. certain size, breed or sex, the more playful energetic dog seems to be her favorites. We will know straight away if she will get on with your dog. Eve is a lovely girl, she is very loyal and will be a lovely companion but needs time to settle and not too many adventures to begin with.. Eve is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated including KC, worm and flea treated. Home visit and adoption fee apply.
