Giovane Johnny è entrato nel nostro allevamento come randagio non reclamato e cerca una famiglia speciale per cambiare la sua vita. È un ragazzo molto nervoso ma si comporta bene con un approccio lento e abbiamo già visto che la sua sicurezza è aumentata. Johnny è passato dall'nascondersi nella parte interna della sua gabbia a salutare felicemente i suoi addetti alla porta, ma si nasconde ancora dagli estranei. Non sappiamo cosa abbia vissuto e la sua sicurezza era molto bassa quando l'abbiamo conosciuto, ma ora è molto più a suo agio quando saluta gli estranei. I suoi adottatori devono essere disposti a trascorrere tempo per conoscerlo e guadagnare la sua fiducia al centro prima di portarlo a casa. Johnny è sicuramente più propenso a salutare le persone se queste hanno snack! Più tempo trascorre con le persone, più diventa visibilmente a suo agio, quindi l'approccio lento è sicuramente la via giusta per lui. Johnny ama trascorrere tempo con altri cani e questo ha anche migliorato la sua sicurezza, ma ha la tendenza a montare ogni cane che incontra! Questo lo rende inadatto a vivere con un altro cane, ma amici dovrebbero essere incoraggiati. Johnny ha solo un anno ed ha tanto potenziale, ha solo bisogno della giusta famiglia per guidarlo. Johnny è un ragazzo timido che cerca una famiglia paziente con bambini più grandi di 16 anni. Non può vivere con un altro cane poiché cerca sempre di montarli, ma apprezza i giochi vivaci con gli altri. Probabilmente avrà bisogno di molte riunioni al centro prima di andare a casa, poiché impiega molto tempo per costruire la fiducia negli estranei. Non abbiamo alcun retroterra su Johnny e non possiamo garantire che sia addestrato a stare in casa o abituato a rimanere solo per un periodo di tempo.

Young Johnny came into our care as an unclaimed stray and he's looking for a special family to turn his life around. He is a very nervous boy but does well with a slow approach and we've already seen his confidence increase. Johnny has gone from hiding on the inside part of his kennel to happily greeting his handlers at his door but he will still hide from strangers. We don't know what he has been through and his confidence was very low when we first met him but now he's much more comfortable when greeting strangers. His adopters must be wiling to spend time getting to know him and gaining his trust at the centre before taking him home. Johnny is definitely more keen on saying hello to people if those people have nibbles! The more time he spends with people the more comfortable he visibly becomes, so the slow approach is definitely the way forward for him. Johnny enjoys spending time with other dogs and playing with his pals is probably his favourite things. Johnny is only two years old yet he's spent most of his life in our care. He has so much potential, he just needs the right family to guide him. Johnny is a nervous boy looking for a patient family where any children are teenaged. He can live with another dog but has a full-on play style that another dog would need to match or tolerate. He is likely to require quite a few meetings at the centre before going home as it takes him a long time to build trust in strangers. We have no history for Johnny and cannot guarantee that he is house trained or used to being left alone for any length of time. We would be happy to let Johnny have a trial period at home before committing to adoption.
