A Gentle Soul Looking for a Home – Meet Lars Some dogs don’t ask for much in life… just a quiet place, a kind hand, and someone to love. That’s our lovely Lars. Thanks to observations from volunteers Michelle and Raisie, we’ve been able to learn a little more about this sweet boy. Lars is a true gentleman. Calm, kind and incredibly sweet, he absolutely loves a cuddle and enjoys simply being close to his person. He walks beautifully on the lead and is very attentive to whoever is walking him, often looking up at you as if he’s trying to guess what comes next. He’s a small–medium boy with adorable short legs that make him even more charming. Lars is friendly with other dogs and happily shares space with them, although he would much prefer calm companions rather than energetic youngsters jumping all over him. He’s an older boy who enjoys a more peaceful pace of life. When out walking he didn’t react to other dogs or cats, although this hasn’t been fully tested. Lars feels like the kind of dog who will be a loyal, gentle companion — happy with peaceful walks, a soft bed, and lots of cuddles.
