Ama le ricompense, perché non giocare ai giochi dell'odore e insegnargli nuove abilità con l'addestramento positivo. In casa, Oscar ama rilassarsi sul divano con la sua famiglia. Gli piace essere coccolato e non gli dispiace se gli vengono pettinati i peli. Requisiti per la casa: Oscar è un Border Collie di due anni allegro che cerca una casa. Può convivere con bambini di età minima undici anni. Cerca di essere l'unico cane in casa e apprezzerebbe compagni canini con cui socializzare quando esce. Non ha esperienza nel vivere con gatti e piccoli animali pelosi. Oscar si è comportato bene camminando con guinzaglio intorno a pecore e vacche. È addestrato al bagno. Soffre di mal d'auto quindi vorrebbe trovare una casa con passeggiate in campagna proprio fuori dalla porta. Oscar adorerebbe una casa con molto spazio esterno per giocare a rincorrere la palla. È contento di restare solo per alcune ore alla volta. Non è abituato a tanti visitatori in casa e è cresciuto in un ambiente tranquillo, remoto, rurale e di campagna e vorrebbe trovare un ambiente simile per la sua nuova casa. The best way to make friends with Oscar is through a game of fetch. He loves his ball and squeaky toys. Oscar is always up for a long walk. He’d rather avoid the crowds and traffic; he’s a country boy seeking rural fun. Oscar is smart and picks things up quickly. He already knows a sit, down, paw and wait, and he has good recall. He enjoys treats, why not play scent games, and teach him some new skills using positive reward training. In the home, Oscar likes to relax on the sofa with his people. He enjoys a fuss and he does not mind having his hair brushed. Oscar is a fun-loving two-year-old Border Collie looking for a home. He could share his home with children as young as eleven. He is looking to be the only dog in the home and would enjoy doggy pals to socialise with when out and about. He has no history of living with cats and small furries. Oscar has been fine walking on his lead around sheep and cows. Oscar is housetrained. He gets car sick so would like to find a home with rural walks on the doorstep. Oscar would love a home with plenty of outdoor space to play ball. He is happy to be left alone for a few hours at a time. He is not used to lots of visitors to the home and has been brought up in a quiet, remote, rural, country environment and would love to find a similar setting for his new home.
