Phoebe è una dolce signorina molto amichevole con una splendida personalità. È arrivata nel nostro rifugio come randagia che richiedeva alcuni trattamenti veterinari per la sua pelle e le orecchie. Dopo aver risposto bene al trattamento, ora è pronta a cercare la sua casa per sempre. Cerca una casa con un giardino privato sicuro dove può girovagare, esplorare e annusare tutto ciò che è possibile. Phoebe adora le sue persone e vorrà far parte della tua famiglia - è come una piccola ombra e preferirà rannicchiarsi ai tuoi piedi invece di andare da sola sul suo letto! Sarà la tua compagna fedele e devota! Phoebe segue una dieta molto sensibile e prende farmaci quotidiani per aiutarla con una condizione cutanea che aveva quando è arrivata. Ha fatto grandi progressi con questi farmaci ed è in ottima salute. Per ridurre al minimo il prurito dovrà continuare con questa dieta e farmaci, ma discussioni con il tuo veterinario potranno gestire questo in futuro. Le piace fare passeggiate e trarrà beneficio da 1-2 passeggiate al giorno, non devono essere lunghe ma le piacerà uscire di casa per annusare e esplorare - ama prendersi il tempo per girare e spulciare. Cammina bene al guinzaglio e si è dimostrata amichevole con tutte le persone che ha incontrato. Può essere preoccupata da rumori forti o improvvisi, ma con un po' di rassicurazione diventa comoda. Questo significa che preferirebbe aree più tranquille per le sue passeggiate senza troppo traffico pesante. Phoebe ha mostrato sentimenti misti verso i cani, è stata preoccupata e vocale verso alcuni durante le passeggiate ma ha anche attraversato alcuni senza problemi, ci aspettiamo che abbia bisogno di ulteriore socializzazione con cani calmi durante le passeggiate per costruire fiducia. Phoebe può vivere con bambini sensati con età superiore ai 13 anni e gode di essere completamente parte della famiglia. È una coccolona e farà qualsiasi cosa per rannicchiarsi sulle tue gambe e ricevere tutta l'attenzione che può ottenere con le sue piccole zampe. È giocosa e ti porterà il giocattolo più morbido che riesce a mettere in bocca per farti capire quanto è eccitata. Phoebe is a very friendly, little lady with a wonderful personality. She arrived into our care as a stray requiring some veterinary treatment for her skin and ears. After responding well to her treatment she is now ready to start looking for her forever home. She is looking for a home with a secure, private back garden where she can mooch around, explore and sniff everything possible. Phoebe absolutely adores her people and will want to be part of your family – she is like a little shadow and will choose to curl up at your feet rather than take herself off to her bed! She will be your ever loving ride-or-die companion! Phoebe is on a strict sensitive diet and takes medication daily to help with a skin condition that she came in with. She has flourished whilst on this medication and is doing really well. To keep her itchiness to a minimum she will need to continue on this diet and medication but discussions with your own vet can manage this going forward. She loves going on walks and will benefit from 1-2 walks per day, they don’t need to be long but she will enjoy getting out the house to sniff around and explore – she loves to take her time and pootle about. She walks well on the lead and has shown to be friendly towards all people she has met. She can be worried by loud or sudden noises but with a little reassurance she becomes comfortable. This does mean that she would prefer a quieter area to go for her walks with not too much heavy traffic. Phoebe has shown some mixed feelings around dogs, she has been worried and vocal towards some on walks but has also walked past some with no issues, we expect she will need some further socialisation with calm dogs on walks to build confidence. Phoebe can live with sensible children aged 13+ and does enjoy being a complete part of the family. She is a snuggle bug and will do anything she can to curl up in your lap and soak up all the attention she can get her little paws on. She is playful and will bring you the biggest soft toy that she can fit into her mouth to show you just how excited she is.
