Piotr is an exceptionally friendly male cat. He arrived at the Shelter at the beginning of February 2025 from one of the Tarnow districts. He probably had an accident, resulting in a fracture of the distal femur. After such a serious injury and orthopedic surgery, he had to go through a long recovery period during which we found out that medical procedures cause him almost no problem. Piotr is exceptionally friendly. When entering the cattery, he greets with his whole body, rolls on the floor, almost does cartwheels to get attention. 😉 He is quite a big tomcat, which commands respect among the cats with whom he shares the room. We think he could share a home with another cat, especially a female. Piotr is the perfect cat for someone looking for a deep relationship with an animal. Due to his femur, we recommend creating a careful environment so that he doesn't feel pain but can fulfill his needs - we will gladly advise in this regard. 🗓️ At the Shelter since: February 2025 🚶 Attitude towards people: very social, affectionate 🐶 Temperament: open, cheerful 🐕 Attitude towards dogs: he might be able to share a home with a dog with appropriate introduction 🐈 Attitude towards cats: has a quite strong character 🚶 Activity: moderate, attention should be paid to appropriate play that won't cause pain in the limb after the orthopedic surgery 👶 Attitude towards children: Piotr loves everyone, including children, but can be assertive ✏️ Registration number: K14/2025 📌Resides: in the kitten kindergarten (due to the large number of cats in the animal shelter and the need to separate males) Photos:

Piotr to wyjątkowo przyjazny kocur. Trafił do Azylu początkiem lutego 2025 z jednego z tarnowskich osiedli. Prawdopodobnie uległ wypadkowi, w skutek którego miał złamanie dalszej kości udowej. Po tak poważnym urazie i zabiegu chirurgiczno – ortopedycznym musiał przejść długą rekonwalescencję podczas której przekonaliśmy się, że czynności medyczne nie sprawiają mu prawie żadnego problemu. Piotr to wyjątkowo przyjaźnie usposobiony kot. Podczas wejścia do kociarni wita się całym sobą, turla się po podłodze, niemal robi fikołki, żeby zwrócić na siebie uwagę. 😉 Jest dosyć masywnym kocurem, co budzi respekt wśród kotów, z którymi dzieli pomieszczenie. Jesteśmy zdania, że potrafiłby współdzielić dom z innym kotem, zwłaszcza kotką. Piotr jest idealnym kotem dla osoby, która poszukuje głębokiej relacji ze zwierzęciem.
