At the animal shelter since: 27.11.2025, Privately surrendered, child-friendly: yes, suitable for teenagers: yes, compatible with other dogs: yes (only: caution with food resources), cat-friendly: no Shaya is an extremely motivated female dog who demands a lot of attention and activity. Due to her age, she is currently trying to figure out how far she can go in different situations and what people actually want from her – she is, so to speak, exploring her boundaries in a very puppy-like manner. She is generally friendly towards both people and other dogs and greets new situations with great curiosity. However, she is very stormy around cats and (small) animals – she would love to chase them... Shaya wishes for loving, but consistent two-legged companions who will teach her the dog ABCs and provide the physical and mental stimulation she needs to feel comfortable. Structure, clear boundaries, and routine are particularly important, especially at the beginning, to train her appropriately and sustainably. She learns very quickly – and well – and also likes to snuggle with her favorite people. Shaya needs to be close to her people and wants to be fully integrated into their daily lives. This is a young, adolescent dog.

Im Tierheim seit: 27.11.2025, Privatabgabe Kinderfreundlich: ja, ab Teenageralter Verträglich mit anderen Hunden: ja (nur: Vorsicht bei Futterressourcen) Katzenfreundlich: nein Shaya ist eine äußerst motivierte Hündin, die viel Aufmerksamkeit und Aktivität einfordert. Aufgrund ihres Alters versucht sie im Moment herauszufinden, wie weit sie in welchen Situationen gehen kann und was Menschen eigentlich von ihr wollen - sie lotet sozusagen ganz Junghund-typisch ihre Grenzen aus. Prinzipiell geht sie sowohl auf Menschen als auch andere Hunde freundlich zu und begrüßt neue Situationen voller Neugierde. Bei Katzen und (Klein)Tieren ist sie jedoch sehr stürmisch - die würde sie am allerliebsten jagen... Shaya wünscht sich liebevolle, aber konsequente Zweibeiner an ihrer Seite, die ihr das Hunde-ABC lernen und ihr die körperliche und geistige Auslastung bieten, die sie braucht, um sich rundum wohlzufühlen. Struktur, klare Grenzen und Routine sind insbesondere am Anfang sehr wichtig, um sie entsprechend nachhaltig zu trainieren. Sie lernt sehr schnell - und gut - und kuschelt auch recht gerne mit ihren Lieblingsmenschen. Shaya braucht in jedem Fall die Nähe zu ihren Menschen und möchte voll und ganz in deren Lebensalltag integriert werden.
