Sultan was taken by the police from the then owner and given to the refuge. He came to the animal shelter as a young dog, which was almost 5 years ago. Due to his *breed*, we are unfortunately not allowed to import him to Germany. The search for adopting organizations in Austria or Switzerland has so far been unsuccessful. Therefore, he will have to stay in the refuge until the end of his life. He lives there with his long-term partner Holly, with whom he gets along very well. Visitors in the enclosure are welcomed warmly and enthusiastically, delicious treats are a very welcome change, as is a round of play with new and interesting toys. Sultan usually uses an old, turned-over metal bowl. It gives him great pleasure to push the thing at high speed with a lot of noise over the red earth. Sultan Sultan wurde dem damaligen Besitzer von der Polizei enteignet und im Refugio abgegeben. Er kam schon als Jundhund ins Tierheim, dies ist nun bald 5 Jahre her. Auf Grund seiner *Rassenzugehörigkeit* ist uns die Einfuhr nach Deutschland leider nicht gestattet. Die Suche nach Übernehmenden Vereinen in Österreich oder in der Schweiz blieb bisher ohne Erfolg. So wird er wohl bis zum Ende im Refugio bleiben müssen. Er lebt dort mit seiner langjährigen Partnerin Holly zusammen, die sich bestens verstehen. Besuch im Zwinger wird freundlich und stürmisch begrüßt, Leckereien sind eine sehr willkommene Abwechslung, ebenso eine Runde spielen mit neuem, interessantem Spielzeug. Sultan bedient sich sonst meist eines alten, umgestülpten Blechfutternapfes. Es macht ihm große Freude, das Ding in rasender Geschwindigkeit mit Höllenlärm über die rote Erde zu schieben.
