Deze arme jongen breekt onze harten! Peabo is een heel lief jongen die als puppy uit Griekenland is gered. Hij leefde gelukkig in het Verenigd Koninkrijk gedurende 3 jaar, maar helaas, door veranderingen in de familieomstandigheden en zonder schuld aan zijn kant, zoekt hij nu een nieuw huis en ondanks veel vragen hebben we nog geen perfecte rustige thuis voor hem gevonden. Peabo is een goed opgevoede jongen, begrijpt alle basiscommando's en wil niets liever dan gezellige wandelingen en tijd met jou doorbrengen, maar hij heeft een rustige plek nodig. Het is geen hond die een actief sociaal leven zoekt, hij wil gewoon thuis bij jou zijn en een eenvoudig leven leiden. Peabo zou graag een rustig huis willen zonder jonge kinderen of katten met ervaren eigenaars die hem helpen om weer liefde te vinden. Als je Peabo wilt ontmoeten en kijken of hij misschien de hond voor jou is, neem dan aub contact op. Peabo heeft enige tijd doorgebracht in een tijdelijke opvang in het Verenigd Koninkrijk. Zijn tijdelijke moeder beschreef hem als een geweldige, goedgetrainde, goedgecomporteerde jongen. Hij is zacht en vertrouwt, en geeft de beste knuffels. Peabo houdt van zijn wandelingen en auto-ritjes. Hij loopt goed met andere honden om, maar binnen het huis prefereert hij zijn eigen ruimte, dus wij denken dat hij waarschijnlijk het best geschikt is als enige hond. Ik ben een erg lief, liefdevol hondje dat op zoek is naar een rustig huis zonder kinderen.

That was 522 days ago. Since then, lots of people have admired his handsome face. We’ve had plenty of enquiries. But Peabo isn’t searching for any home. He’s waiting for his forever home. He’s the kind of dog who’ll happily head out for a lovely walk, jump in the car as your enthusiastic co-pilot, then come home, curl up beside you and remind you that life’s greatest pleasures are actually quite simple. Peabo knows his manners, loves learning, and genuinely enjoys working with his humans. He’s clever, affectionate and, according to his foster mum, “a wonderful, well-trained, well-behaved boy” who gives the very best hugs. He doesn’t need a busy household full of visitors and chaos. In fact, that sounds rather exhausting. His dream home? A calm, adult-only home where he can be your one and only pet. Somewhere rural or semi-rural would suit him beautifully, with experienced owners who’ll continue building his confidence and remind him every day that he’s safe, loved and exactly where he belongs. Because underneath all that enthusiasm is a boy who simply wants to belong to someone again. The saddest thing about Peabo isn’t that he needs a particular home. It’s that he’s been waiting so long for it. Somewhere out there is a sofa with his name on it. A pair of walking boots waiting by the door. A car seat reserved for his next adventure.
