Tommy is looking for his forever home! Meet Tommy, a young Malinois with a heart in the right place and the energy of ten! Like any teenager, Tommy still has a few things to work on; he finds moving vehicles and new situations a bit exciting, sometimes has some housetraining accidents, and occasionally has bananas in his ears. But someone experienced with Malinois or other high-energy breeds will quickly see what a fantastic dog lies within him. At his foster family, Tommy has already taken the first steps in potty training and has discovered his love for play. He loves retrieving (although that's still "work in progress") and enjoys mental challenges. Tommy is social with other dogs and people. New faces sometimes seem exciting to him, but he recovers quickly when he realizes everything is okay. When it comes to other dogs, he's an enthusiastic teenager who learns to give space nicely with the right guidance. What will you get from Tommy in return? Tommy zoekt zijn forever Home! Maak kennis met Tommy, een jonge Mechelse herder met het hart op de juiste plaats en de energie van tien! Zoals elke puber heeft Tommy nog een paar werkpuntjes zo vindt hij bewegende voertuigen en nieuwe situaties nog wat spannend, heeft hij af en toe wat baknijd, en zitten er soms bananen in zijn oren. Maar wie ervaring heeft met Mechelaars of andere high energy rassen, zal snel zien wat een fantastische hond er in hem schuilt. Bij zijn opvanggezin leerde Tommy al de eerste stapjes van plaatstraining en heeft hij zijn liefde voor spel volop ontdekt. Hij is dol op apporteren (al is dat nog ‘work in progress’) en geniet van mentale uitdaging. Tommy is sociaal met andere honden en mensen. Nieuwe gezichten vindt hij soms wat spannend, maar hij herstelt snel als hij merkt dat alles oké is. Naar andere honden toe is hij een enthousiaste puber die met de juiste begeleiding mooi leert om ruimte te geven. Wat je van Tommy krijgt in ruil?
