Zion was taken in by the local animal health department on 22 July 2026. He was approximately one year old and had no microchip. Life at the shelter has not been easy for him so far. He still feels uncomfortable in his room and finds it difficult to interact with the other cats. This makes him more wary and means he needs his own space. With people, however, he shows a different side. Zion allows himself to be stroked and enjoys these moments of attention, although he also lets you know when he has had enough and would prefer to be left in peace. It is important to respect his signals and approach him patiently, without forcing contact. Zion needs a chance to find an environment where he can relax, build trust and gradually show his true personality.
